Two New Incinerators Coming Soon

You know ... just the other day I was wondering to myself, "I wonder when Cathe will come out with some new workouts?"

Well, I can stop wondering -- thanks Cathe for reading my mind and thinking about me! :p:p:p

I was already going to purchase the STS ab circuits DVD and now I'm going to add the two pre-sale DVDs. Yippy-skippy!!!

Fargomom...you will get your STS Ab DVD for 30% off with this code!

Extra Bonus: As long as you purchase at least one pre-sale workout you may also use our 30% off coupon, PRE30, on any of our existing DVDs you also purchase when you pre-order and if your order totals over $50 you will also receive Free World Wide Shipping! Cammie...it states that there will be modifications shown on the DVD's sooo go order!!! :D

LOL! I hear you Debbie, I hear you! I just want to be able to enjoy these 100% like I do with AT and AB. I'm >>>thisclose<<< to ordering, I really am!

YAY!!!!! AT and AB ROCK! I did AB this morning and I swear I have DOMS already! Can't wait for these workouts! Thanks Cathe for allllll you do <3

Just did Afterburn tonight to celebrate...I am looking forward to these! I love the idea of low and high mixed impact. Afterburn, AT and Cardio SS have really toned the legs and core! Can't wait for more details...thanks for making for us to enjoy!

I am not a big "step" girl. I can handle the moves in AT but anything more and I will be a mess. Will this next one have lots of advanced step moves? I am as basic as they get. In every way!
I just posted this same question in the Ask Cathe forum. The Step Routine in Athletic Training was very basic and something that I can easily handle. When more intricate routines are thrown my way everything just goes out of wack. I remember when I ordered the Intensity DVD a while back and even though I enjoyed portions of the DVD for the most part, I just could not get the step routine down....and even if I completely skipped the step portion, I still felt like I was missing a big part of the workout.

I am the same...I blame it on big feet and impatience. I really like the Step Routine in Athletic Training and hope there is something similar in this new workout. For me there is a glimmer of promise I can learn more in the future since I conquered this routine! I have Intensity too, and woefully cannot do the step either, but I love the HIIT parts and use them as add-ons.

I've practiced and practiced and I still can't get the step routine down pact in Intensity. I love most of Cathe's cardio workouts but I tend to avoid the step workouts or even the weight workouts that involve intricate step patterns/routines because it is something that I'm just not able to handle. If Cathe's new workout does feature complex step choreography, hopefully there will be a premix that also features a simplified step routine so those of us that are step challenged can also enjoy the program.

Ditto on the stepping - my workout space doesn't really allow for the big movements required in some of the routines, so I can't do it. I also just don't connect with step. I loved AT though, so.....
