Thanks for smiling at me yesterday! It's such a pick-me-up to work out with you guys. When I was pointing out my Cathlete friends to my children, they just looked at me like they usually do--like I'm nuts.

This is one of my favorite Hiit workouts, I suppose you could consider it Hiit??? with core thrown in. This is my go-to when I want to drop some water weight, its SO much fun.
