The Thread About Nothing

I just finished my am workouts, trying to decide what to do next.
The sun and my lawn chair are calling my name along with a half finished book.
It's supposed to be cloudy the next few days so I don't want to waste the sunlight!

I just finished 50 min on the rec. bike..the bottom of my feet are numb and my buttock muscles are tingling :p

I just finished 3 hours of sitting on my butt reading the forums. ;) What's sad is by the end of the day, I will be so tired from sitting on my duff that I probably will not want to work out when I get home. :( Kudos to those of you who get up and get it done with in the a.m.

So Catherine, what's for lunch?

I love to bake. So I tried some new recipes this weekend (Pumpkin Choclate Chip bread from Runner's World) and now I need to get the food out of my house. Anyone want to share?

I'm with you Liann and cheer those that can get it out of the way early... I can't even imagine getting up in the morning and EXERCISING! I'm just not that with it at that time of morning... I think I'm uncoordinated at 5pm I can only imagine the horror and mayhem that would ensue at 5AM! I'm NOT a morning person!

Same here. I can not get up that early and w/o. On the weekends I workout in the am. But it's usually after 8. And that's after coffee, the news, more coffee, and breakfast :D

I have nothing to report. Except that my bootcampers are kind of rude... talk about how difficult the other guy's workouts are. Oy. (He tells them to do 100 pushups and doesn't care that they're on their knees, bending their elbows about 1" total grr) And then they say "he gets a lot of his stuff from you, doesn't he" and also "I couldn't walk for three days after your workout last week."

Um, huh. Wah.

Oh, and I'm going through all my magazines today and pulling out ideas for workouts, and recipes. And writing down websites I want to check out.

Yawn.

I've got to save all the recipes later, too, for when I need inspiration to get out of my lovely lovely rut.
