SO excited! Celebrated by finally going to get my 25 lb adjustable dumbells (had been doing 1RMs at my gym in the meantime). Excited that we'll probably see STS by Feb 1! Woohoo!

I'm so excited, and so scared! This is going to be great. You all have done a wonderful job and I'm ready to be pushed to beyond my previously conceived limits. And those limits have been pushed every day since starting Cathe workouts. The "ouch" is my backside from the 1RM tests this morning!!! Better get those done.
