STS UPDATE...SONY HAS SPOKEN...YIPPEE

Cathe this is the best news I've heard in a long time. It was worth the wait:)
Hopefully I will start STS the first week in Feb.

Thanks for putting up with all the whining! I know it hasn't been easy to hear complaints, especially when you know you've put your heart and soul into the project. I know that we will be thrilled beyond belief and all those complaints will fade completely away!

What can I say but congratulations and I can't wait to start even if I don't have my 1 Reps started yet. Who cares! It is such an exciting project and I thank you and your crew.

This is wonderful! When did you ever get to have Christmas two months in a row? :)
My husband will be doing this too, it will so kick his butt! He takes breaks just doing body max upper body.... I wonder if his competitive edge will kick in, now taht we will be doing the same rotation.... :)

Awesome....I am totally pumped!! I signed up for the Nutrition Manager today and am really impressed with it. With STS, the Workout Manager and the Nutrition Manager...I am going to be unstoppable!!!!!! Thanks SNM and Cathe!!!
 
Ohmygosh! My heart jumped when I opened my e-mail! I'm too excited. Now just have to heal up this darn wrist injury so I can start the 1RM!
