TGIF indeed!
So yesterday I went for a walk at lunch, and I stopped at the grocery store on my way back to pick up a few things. I guess I got carried away because I pushed the cart of my bags outside and then realized I didn't have my car. So I had to walk 3/4 of a mile with 4 heavy grocery bags. This morning I woke up with doms in my shoulders, so it was either from the grocery bags or the plank tricep kickbacks from xtrain yesterday.
I really need a plan for my workouts. I couldn't figure out what workout to do today so I did AOLIH from xtrain, it was good but I skipped the switch lunges.
Carolyn, that pain does not sound good. I would listen to the PT, and just do what he says. Even though you have had your injury for 3 months, you have only started rehab recently, and you have to give it time. I still get twinges in the area where my hamstring connects to my glutes, and I realized I have to give in to it and not do all the things I used to do. I hate to say it, but I think it takes longer as we get older too.
Betty, funny that you watch them do the pushup/situp combo!
