Good morning! I did 4DS KB. I'm trying to do all, well, many of the Cathe dvds I have. Though there will definitely be ones I won't pull out.
Have I told you that ever since my frozen shoulders started, I haven't been able to do downward facing dogs?! It's one that I really like. I finally tried one today and it's not as stiff as it used to be. I can't push my shoulders through all the way but it's getting better.
Enjoying a fresh-brewed cup of DD.
I think I may drink it daily when I work. It gives me a nice oomph to my normally slow, sluggish self.
I won't give up my maple syrup and half and half with it though!
Missy, isn't LL&A the best? I just love it! It's on my permanent rotation along with GG.
I can't believe you sold your Fitbit. You and your scales and fitbits!
I feel for you on the 100 degrees! Talk about burnout. I'd have left a long time ago; can't function in that.
Carolyn, how fun to feel like teenagers again. Super for you two to connect as a couple. We have the parent hat on all the time.
Dh was near Nashua, he said. Passaconaway or something. I have no idea. Is that near you??
Hi Mary! Hang in there. I asked my girlfriend whose son is moving in next week and she doesn't feel sad. I wasn't too sad either. Maybe one misses daughters more.
I was craving fried clams on the way back from Provincetown and thought of the Chatham place. After being stuck for an hour or two, I realized there's no way to get there before it closes; we were still so far out. On the evening news last night, there was another wreck in the same town! This time with a fatality, sadly!
Better get ready for work.
