STS first time!

We went and saw Santa today. B was so cute. I don't think he even had a clue what was going on. I will post a pic soon. Too lazy to move right now ;)

Finished up our Xmas shopping too!

B is starting to stir. Almost time to feed!

Good morning and happy tuesday!!!

7 days till Christmas!! Omg...one week..so excited!!!

I busted out css last night...it was amazing in my gym...i just love it!!!

Doing my morning cardio...bbl!!!

Good Morning ladies!

7 more day to go… Where has this year gone?

Betty, great job on CF yesterday. That’s great. Do you have a heart rate monitor too? Yesterday was a very raining and cold. The rain has stopped at least for now.

Carolyn, I hope you IT band feels better. 70LB is a lot! I think the max I usually do with deadlifts is 45LB. I must be a weakling. Good luck shopping today.

Today I did TTM with a lot of modifications. I did the first step portion on the step and then then most of intervals and tabatas without the step. I told myself last night that I was going to do TTM and this AM I was so tired that I almost Yoga, but I talked myself into doing TTM. I could of pushed myself harder, but overall happy that I did it. The part I struggle with in my workout room is that it is directly under my son’s room and I am afraid to do too much jumping and banging around that I am going to wake him. I should do a test with my DH in his room and see if he can hear me working out….

Marie, can’t wait to see a picture of Breklin with Santa!

Hi Jean!

Hi Becky, Hope you are doing well.

Hi Jean!

Hi Becky, Hope you are doing well.

Slow day on the forums today....i have been busy though...trying to get reasy for christmas vacation....everyone is calling...its aweful...oh well just a few more days of madness!!!

Hope everyone is having a lovely day!

Carolyn, my soup came out good. I feel so virtuous if I don't cook or eat any meat. I've made it many times. I love that I prep, throw in, and turn on. As it slowly cooks, it smells so good.
My heaviest weight for deadlifts is 20 pound dumbbells. If I add ankle weights, then it's +2 lbs more. I'd never be able to do 70 or 80!
We had light rain, mist, fog, 50 degrees. Sniff, sniff. I can smell the wetness the dogs track in!
We are doing DH's side on Saturday. My CA sis & family are coming Monday evening, so it will be a fun chaos for the two weeks they're here.
Speaking of your needing a box of tissues because your nose is running like a hose--I am so paranoid when I get a cold. Besides being OCD about catching one to begin with, I try so hard not to get anyone else sick. Therefore, you can picture me constantly wiping and washing everything I touch, leery of every surface, every breath..!

Colleen, I knew you were going to ask about the heart rate monitor. Alas, I just go by what the workout manager tells me.
Nice job with TTM! So early in the morning:eek:! It is hard work.

Marie, congrats on finishing your shopping! With a newborn, no less!

Becky, hope all is well!

Hi Jean!

LIC this morning! Love that one!

Dentist this afternoon. Gross! It was the first time I left B with a babysitter. It was my stepmom so it was fine but I was still anxious. Must get over that. More than anything I just missed him.

Wrapped some presents. Cleaned. Packed for Duluth. We are headed up there tomorrow until Sunday to spend time with family. Tony and I are having a date on Friday and going snowboarding. Can't wait!

Marie, have a fabulous time with your family! How's the snow from the last storm? Still around?
So awesome you're doing couple time. I don't think we did it for years...
You probably yearned for Breckin when you were away from him. You could still smell him too, right?
Great job on the exercise front! You got right back into it. Impressive!

The latest XTrain clip has me salivating!

Sweet dreams, one and all.

Thanks Betty! I did yearn for him :) My little man! Yeah it will be the first date we have been on since he was born. Looking forward to it but not sure how long we will last being away from him. It rained the day after the storm. Yup rained! So now all the snow is ice :( Can't wait for XTrain :) The clips look amazing!

B is almost done eating. Back to bed for him and TTM for mom :)

Have a good day everyone :)

Good Morning! I have been running around like a mad women this morning. Been nuts!

6 days till christmas.....
3 more working days....then 5 days off!!! OMG...I am so going to enjoy my vacation!!!! Then we work 2 days and then off for another 5 days for New years!!! I just love my job! We work like crazy....but our doctors always gives us extra time during the holidays!!!

Did my cardio this morning...tonight I am doing Afterburn....with an extra 15 minutes on the elliptical...hitting it hard this week...so I can enjoy christmas with a few treats!!!

I am also, freaking out....I want Xtrain asap...I keep watching the video clips....It looks amazing!!!!

Hi Ladies. I am in such a funk . I am not doing any w/o's. Hopefully this will pass after the holidays. I am going to my Sisters tomorrow for the weekend. I always get in a funk right before I have to go there. I watched the new clips. They look really good. I can't wait to get it. Last night my husband and I went with some friends to a Christmas Brass orchestra concert. It was very enjoyable.

Marie I can't wait to see the pic of B with Santa. Have a fun , safe trip to Duluth. It sounds real cold where you live .

Carolyn I can relate to what do you buy for 90 plus seniors. This year my Mother wanted some cardigan sweaters and some pants with no pockets. We got the sweaters but are still looking for the pants. She won't mind if her gifts are late. She has more clothes than she knows what to do with already.

Becky I hope all is well with your Father and family.

Hi to everyone.

Jean

Good Afternoon!!! Just got back from the hospital....lots of coding to do now!

Jean---its okay to be in a funk....as long as you snap out of it when you get back home.

Just saw that the calendars ship friday....YEAH!!! Tim bought me one for christmas!!! Looking forward to hanging it in my gym!!!

:) Check back in later....

Oh...any christmas traditions?

Ours is this....cinnamon rolls for breakfast @ 6:45 and then presents @ 7 am.....then the OCD Missy comes out....and we clean up within a hour after presents are open....yes...all the wrapping paper and boxes have to go!!! Laugh all you want....I know I have issues! lol:eek:

I make homemade choc chip cookies for santa on christmas eve...Tim and I also do a christmas jigsaw puzzle all day christmas eve...fun fun!!!:p

Jean, chin up. It's ok to take a brief break here and there. This time of the year there are so many disruptions to schedules too. You're probably burnt out from purging (which is a workout) as well.
Have a productive and enjoyable trip at your sister's/mom's.
I would have really enjoyed the brass concert.

Carolyn, my sis always stays with me since my both siblings work. I love to spend every waking moment together with them anyway, and that's how we do it in CA too. My sis is a TJM/Marshalls junkie like us! She spends more time in those stores than me. Whether or not we're together, we do this thing where we find something in one store, have to get more of it, or a diff size or color, then have to hit all the neighboring stores searching for it!:D I love it!
It's funny but we rarely go to HomeGoods; there also aren't that many around.
Hope you got your wrapping done. I wrapped too. I even did a last-minute Amazon order this afternoon:eek:! It will arrive by Christmas Eve! I tried to support my local bookstore today, but they didn't have the exact book I wanted, so I had to come back home and order.
Did the water softener guys come?
Does DS notice the handwriting too? I not only use different wrapping paper, but I also disguise the handwriting. Oh, the things we moms do! So creative too!
How is DH?

Hmm, Missy, traditions? I'll have to think about it. None that immediately comes to mind. Wait, sleeping late is one of them.
I love the couple time you and Tim have!

This morning I did TB Express #2. Needed something that wouldn't make me sweat.

Marie What a beautiful Christmas photo. I love all of the color in the photo and Santa's shirt is beautiful. I have never seen such a nice Santa picture. I wish we had something as nice around here. Take him there every year.

Betty Thanks for posting that link.

Missy I never had any traditions. It sounds like you have such a happy life. :D

Marie---breckin is so adorable....did you at buy a babys first christmas ornament...i know you said you didnt put up a tree...but it is a keepsake..to enjoy year to year!!!

Gotta cook dinner and get busy with my workout!!!

Carolyn, I forgot to say that my sis and I love to go to the outlets when she comes. I don't usually go until she visits. We in MA have heard of a new one in NH. Have you been to the Merrimack one? Many, many moons ago we used to drive to NConway a lot (3+ hrs), and even to Tilton. And Freeport, ME (6% tax on everything! 3+ hrs), Kittery as well. In MA, we don't have to pay tax on clothes only.

Why do you suppose Cathe doesn't post all the clips available on her site first? Why does Collage get more before us? I've noticed this isn't the first time.

What's up, Colleen?

I wonder how our Mary is doing!
