Hey all,
I pulled out TBT TB Express. I really love that it doesn't have endless traditional squats. In fact, I'm preferring these more modern versions of squats to the older ones at the moment. At 49 mins, I wish the workout were about 5 minutes longer though. I could have used more reps of anything.
Becky, I'm so sorry for you and your family's disappointment! It is so hard when you just want the surgery to be done so you can start the healing process. Hopefully he stabilizes very soon and can get back to taking care of this business. Johns Hopkins sounds amazing. At such a difficult time, it is priceless that the staff is responsive and caring, and the lodging is comfy and convenient. I continue to pull for you and your dad. Fingers crossed and healing thoughts his way.
Carolyn, breakfast with DH sounds fun! I may do that on Friday, when DH has a forced day off. We'll see. He doesn't like to eat out, preferring to eat whatever at home. I
love breakfast foods more than anything!
I really enjoyed doing library duty during DS's class library time in elementary school. That was one thing I did do regularly over the years. I always say I'm a closet librarian. I would carefully shelve the books, and treat the books lovingly.
Speaking of which, Jean, how was that book?
Colleen, good luck with your followup mammo tomorrow and your eye appt today! Like Carolyn says, the baseline mammo must be established, so it's routine.
I watched that Bret Contreras clip. Intimidating! I've never worked out in a gym, and guys like that scare me!
He can probably press a gazillion lbs! I can't wait for Cathe's version.
