Today was cardio day and boy, did I need it! Did a 5km run and then Intensity - started off smiling during the step segment, but was really gasping by the time Cathe was into the Imax section! The toughest workout I've done in a while. The hiit section wasn't bad. I realized I have not been doing enough steady state cardio. A good wake up call.
