STS Disc 21!!!! This is our final weight workout before the holiday. Give it your all and tell us how you did!
I didn't do this workout today, but wanted to say hi to Cathe! I'll catch up, right? Even though I just did Disk 4 yesterday? I just ordered a ton of your DVDs and can't wait to get them and start frying!
The incline curls right after the bicep double wave load was almost undoable for me. I had to back off my weights on the last set plus I was slowing WAY DOWN.
This is what I love about this check in. It's good to know that even Cathe struggles with some of the exercises. I sometimes mentally beat myself up when I'm not able to complete a set or keep the same wt. This helps me to know that it's ok!! Thanks so much for the check in. I'm starting week 3 of Meso 1, but I'll make it to disc 21 one day
