Stretch Max

Hi, I have most of Cathe's DVDs except this one. She does use it in some rotations. For those that have it, is it a must have?

Well I wouldn't say a must have, but it's a good DVD. I do segment 3 of Stretch Max once a week after yoga. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it, but I don't use it as often as I should.
 
I recorded all three Stretch Max segments from FitTV (they are on every Monday). I'm not sure if they are edited or the complete segment but it's a start until I can afford to buy the DVD.
 
IMO, it's a must have. I also do yoga and love it, but this is athletic stretching and more STRETCHING than flexibility work in yoga. When I do yoga, for example, I find my upper body not very stretched out. I like that Stretch Max makes sure the entire body gets a thorough stretch, especially after some workouts that don't have as much stretching. It's also, for me, faster than yoga, at just 20 mins/segment. My shortest yoga is 30 mins. Anyway, just my two cents, but it's definitely worth having and I do it at least twice/week with any rotation.

I love this one. Try to do it 2X week after a work-out. Good time at 20 mns/segment and I like the stretching in this as I'm not much of a yoga fan and I need to get in the stretching.
 
This one is a must have for me. I like a longer stretch than what is usually included at the end of most workouts. With this DVD, I have three 20 minute stretch routines to choose from that I can add on to the end of any of my workouts. I always feel so good after doing it!
 
I love this DVD. I just did the second workout which is the stability ball stretch today. This DVD is a must have for me because it is quick, thorough and relaxing. I like that they are varied in that Cathe includes the stability ball and band stretch. Also these are great to add-on to other workouts or just to do at the end of a long day.
 
Is it a "must have"? Only if you have no other means to do good 20 minute stretching. I have it but just use it as part of my overall stretching collection- not exclusively. Its good because of 3 segments that can be done separately or together. Personally when I do an hour long stretch I use a DVD that is 1 hour... seems to hit more muscle groups and stretches are held longer than in just liknking 20 minute ones.
