Julie Good for you in getting up when you were in a deep sleep and doing your mobility and yoga work. The time change sucks and I really wish it was done away with. I hope you get rested up this weekend.
Pam Great job on Chiseled Upper Body and upping the weights. That sounds like a tough discovery meeting. Glad that you got what you needed in the end though.
So yesterday I was very tired so I didn't do a workout and then I needed to go and get my hair cut and then I went to do my shift at the shelter. Today I was super tired as well and I think it is because for the last several days I haven't drank enough water so I am quite dehydrated . I have been busy for the last few days and I guess my water intake hasn't been what it should be. So now I am making sure that I drink enough today and trying to motivate myself to do something instead of turning on Netflix.
