Cheryl The ride from Raleigh to Durham is 44 miles, so yes, it would be a lot to ride there and back! The kittens neutering went just fine, they were home and running around like nothing had happened that night. great job on Plyo hiit 2 and push day. I remember you talking about the holistic nutritionist before. How was the talk, did you get any good tips? It seems like you are having a much cooler and snowier winter than normal, is that true?
Julie Sorry to hear you were still feeling bad but good job getting through most of PRS 2 anyway. Good job getting in PUQ and GG despite still not feeling great, I hope you are 100% soon. Oh no, I hope Ozzie is back to eating again. The next knitting project is something called a market bag. They look pretty cute, but the knitting pattern I found looks complicated. I might need to learn to crochet since the crochet pattern is much easier. The ride from Raleigh to Durham is 44 miles.
Cheryl Great job on RWH LBC. I love it when one of my workouts feels new again. Wow, you got a double workout with the snow shoveling. I hope your weather warms up soon.
Friday morning I did Fit Split Boxing Bootcamp+legs and glutes, yesterday was Tabatacise 1-5 plus bonus core 1, and today I went for a 24 mile bike ride. It was just the perfect weather for a bike ride, I'm so happy to not have to be all bundled up to ride anymore. Today was shorts and short sleeves. All our trees are in bloom and the daffodils are out, I just love this time of year. All 3 of my kittens got adopted this weekend. Boris went home Friday morning and the other 2 got adopted at yesterdays adoption event. Of course I have 4 new ones already! These are about 6-7 weeks old and all girls. They are as cute as can be. Have a great day!
