Cheryl As much as I would love to see a bear, I think I would be terrified to have them so close to home! I know they really don't want anything to do with people, but still Great job on AOLIH. I like that one a lot. It seems to be one of those that sneaks up on you. Nice that you were able to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather without running into any bears!
Julie Great job on your leg and tricep workout! I hate it when I forget my phone. It seems crazy that we feel so naked without them when they haven't really even been around that long, but I know the feeling!
This morning was Afterburn and I can already tell that my glutes will be feeling it tomorrow. I was really out of breath by the second round, but it really flew by. I haven't done that one the normal way in a long time and I really enjoyed it. Well, despite the mountain cllimbers, spiderman climbers, zombie dragging staggered pushups, burpee jacks...... On the wildlife theme, we were watching TV on the screened porch last night because it was really warm outside. There was an ambulance siren pretty close by and all of a sudden the woods behind our house exploded with barking and howling! It was crazy. After the siren died down it quieted down for the most part, but there were random howls the rest of the evening. There must have been a big pack of coyotes back there. I had never heard that before and it kinda freaked me out! Hopefully they were just moving through....I'm so glad it's Friday and next week is a short week!!! Have a great day!
