For your Thanksgiving workout? I did Step Max and then Pure Strength Back and Abs. Then I trained two clients. I plan to go for a walk later this afternoon.
I did KPC, plus 500 jumping jacks and 10 minutes of jump rope (I did 100 jacks, then 2 minutes of jumping rope 5 times). I followed my rotation today. When I want something so incredibly bad for me, I'll remember I got up early to exercise and won't eat it. (Hopefully!)
So a successful week of being careful eating has paid off on the scale, and I don't want to ruin it today, so I will be very selective on what I eat!
Getting ready to work out, with Rythmic Step, and a nice long yoga stretch. Muscle Max yesterday has my muscle pleasantly sore(my daughter says, what the heck is pleasantly sore Mom?).
Yeowch! I'm exhausted and in pain just THINKING about the work out you did, Sparrow! Kudos to ya girl! I think you've earned the right to eat an entire pumpkin pie after that work out!
I did PS Chest, Shoulders, Tris....I'm finishing up Cathe's November rotation. I'm itching for some cardio, so I may go for a run later or hit the step for some Cathe step.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! I did Basic Step (still trying to learn step), the stability ball abs part of that BS, 40 minutes interval training on treadmill and 40 minutes of my PT exercises for shoulder rehab...Feel STRONG today ... can't wait to do real upper body workouts!
Ummm, I made and ate some pumpkin pancakes!!!! Now I plan to go sit on my bumpkiss to watch the parade. THEN, I shall do a CC, prob #8, and then shower and off to dinner!
I'm relaxing by the fireplace in a chalet in Gatlinburg. No formal w/o but I do plan on going out for a walk in a bit. Tomorrow is Power Shopping Max in Pigeon Forge.
GS Chest and Tri's followed by Coremax 2, and then spinning class at the gym. I'm so stupid -- I signed up for a weight loss contest (running from 2 weeks ago till 12/12 BUT gotta' maintain till 1/2 to win) and TOMORROW is my weigh-in day! ACK!
