Should I buy Muscle Max

Hi,
I own 4 day split
the pyramid workouts
body max
timesaver
terminator
power hour
and many others

Do I need Muscle Max? It looks really good. I especially like that she incorporates the bands into the workouts.
Thanks for any input!

:)

Hi Jodi,

I think it's worth getting.
I have some of the workouts you mentionned and I just got MM and Power Hour+ DVDs. I find it a little more a strength workouts than the other you mentionned. You get a tough total body workout on one DVD. And the abs section is a tough one! She doesn't use the band that much though (only in 3-4 exercices) compared to the Gym styles.

I say yes. It is one of my favorite workouts. Its alot of fun and like said before its abs section is really tough.

Thank you so much for your opinions. I forgot to mention that I have butts and guts and drill max.

What about gym styles? Do I need to have that as well?
Thank you again for all of your responses. They are much appreciated!

Oh, Jodi. Only ask the question, "should I buy....." if you are prepared TO BUY! LOL Seriously, I read this question last night so I pulled out and did MM this morning. I LOVE IT!!! It really is an awesome overall workout!

As for theGym Styles. Like I said.....don't ask unless you're ready to buy! I VOTE YES!

After buying the first few DVDs and participating on this forum for a bit, I've made peace with the fact that I'll probably end up buying most of Cathe's stuff. ;) I just hope I can space my purchases out over a year or two (when really I'd like to buy it all next week).

*snort* I am laughing too. I just ordered Muscle Max, but I hesitated because I don't like the idea of bands for some reason. I have an 8-pound medicine ball, stability ball, high step, barbell and every dumbell up to 50 pounds, but I just can't seem to want to do the band-thing. I wanted MM even though it does have band work, but its not too much and I can subsitute something else in place of it I'm sure.

Now I'm hearing about Butts & Guts and I'm thinking I need this one too...arghh....enough!

I LOVE butts and guts. It is great! Also, give the band a try. I think it is a great compliment to the workouts. I feel that it gets deep into those muscles. Try it! Try it now!!! :p

I watched MM last night in preparation for doing it for the first time this morning ... I can't wait!! Looks like a great total body workout....

Well sheesh, how can I not with that sort of enthusiasm! I lift heavy regularly and it just seems out of place compared to my dumbells and barbells. But if you say so... :)

Yes Gym Styles is a must own imo. Great workouts, plus they are a 3 day split - everyone needs a great 3 day split. I would get them before MM.

I just did GS Back, Shoulders & Bis yesterday and watched GS Legs in preparation for tomorrow's workout. Legs looks like a whole lotta hurtin' fun! Pleasantly sore from BS&B workout too....

I ended up ordering gymstyles, bootcamp, slow and heavy, and something else, but I can't think right now!
I did Pyramid Lower Body the other day, and I was pleasantly surprised. My hamstrings are still feeling it! }(
