Hi Ladies, I am 44, strong and fit,I have two children that are college gruaduates, age is just a number. I fell great!

I'm 38! Looking forward to meeting everyone. I did chin ups at the park while my 4 year old and 5 year old were playing at the park today (I didn't even know I could do chin ups)...so I think age is completely irrelevent for people who keep fit doing Cathe's workouts.
