Hello, Game-Facers.
We did have a great TX reunion yesterday. Heather's summary was wonderful. I'll tip my hat again to Gin's musical contribution (see the 'ask Cathe' forum for my post there on Heather's thread).
Girls, my legs are actually more sore today than they were yesterday after my Friday legs workout. That's unusual. I had also hurt my wrist--not sure how, but I must've slung a barbell in a funny way. Anyway, I could hardly fasten my seatbelt yesterday in Gin's car. (It was also a great excuse NOT to wash dishes last night.) But my wrist is MUCH better today. I'll be careful to use good form not just in my lifting but also in putting away my weights from now on. I have no idea how I hurt my wrist because I didn't notice when I did it. Strange.
I'm thinking of Heather as I start this thread today. She has been our 'starter' for weeks, and she is on a partial fast from internet as she begins this 40 day effort at breaking her food addiction. Heather, if you're still reading, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Jean and Gin, it was so good to see you yesterday.
To the rest of you--you're such an encouragement, and I wish I could see all of you again, too. Please enjoy this year's RT for me vicariously. :-(
