Push It

Stacie, I so don't think that at all! I'm so glad you pointed out the order issue otherwise I wouldn't have understood why I couldn't move my lower body for 2 days. I still don't understand what in Supercuts got my legs so jello-ed. :)

I only got through 10 min of Intensity today. Not sure why...I didn't really have much energy this morning.

This is the problem:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8081 bytes) in /home/chrstp1/public_html/forum/showthread.php on line 1277

The cache in both Firefox and IE have been cleared and I'm back to getting in through the User CP... but then its gone again.
Possibly I need to upgrade my browsers? It makes no sense that this is the only thread that gives me trouble!
Oh yeah, I've also ran a disk cleanup and defragged.

Tash - I'm so excited for you that you get to see JM:eek:
S&H legs is on tap for me tomorrow.
Nice job on Higher Intensity Step - it is so fun - and so is the Lower Intensity Step!

Stacie - thank you for posting for me:)
Nice - Habitat for Humanity is such an awesome organization and it's great that Tyler sees you volunteering.
Thanks - I'll look into Chrome; I've not heard a lot about it but knowing that you use it gives me some security.

Thanks for the recipe sites! I'm a bit challenged at creating my own stuff but we all learn by making the same mistakes enough times:D

TmJ - How nice to have the house to yourself. I'm glad you have a 3-day weekend to take time for yourself and that you're feeling better. Sorry it piled up on you, though.

Intensity Step is one of my favorites! I hope you enjoyed it; I wonder if your legs are just still jello-'ed from the other workouts this week. Your legs and glutes are probably just rebelling!

Toni - good luck to Jasmine this weekend and I hope you are feeling better.

Hi Heartymax!

Bye for now... still troubleshooting this issue. I know it's on my end but I've done everything I can think of. When I click Submit Reply I know my post will be submitted but I'll just see a blank screen. Ugh. 'puters! Have a good night!

Hi everyone :)

I scored great seats for the JM Maximize Your Life Tour .

Mark was home today, so I did a pretty long workout . Imax 3 (step+blasts 1-7) + High Reps. Ok I cheated a little  and did Imax first, ate dinner, and then did High Reps. It still counts! ;)

Jennifer
Bummer about what's going on with our check-in . I hope you get it figured out soon! Man, I wish I could help you out :(. One more thing DON'T LEAVE US!!!!
Did you do S&H Legs?

TMJ
Intensity is HARD! Stacie is right about the step portion being Cathe's toughest of all her step w/o's. Don't worry, some days we have energy and some days we don't :(. I'm sure you'll kick butt next time .
A good cry is needed sometimes :). I have been doing that a lot lately because I still miss my kitty :(.

Stacie
I love that you are volunteering for such a wonderful cause :). I give a lot of money to charity, but I don't volunteer unfortunately :(. It is definitely something I would love to do with Bella (or even by myself) one day. I truly admire what you are doing :).
Thanks for the recipe links :p:p. Keep em' coming ;).
Thanks for the tip about STS Squat Rack. I feel guilty having it in my collection and not utilizing it.

Heartymax & Toni
HI!! And I hope you are both doing well :):)

Natasha - Yay for good seats! Can't wait to hear all about it. Jillian was my gateway drug until I found Cathe!

Jennifer - Glad you were able to get back on. Very strange issues you're having.

Stacie - That's so great that you volunteer! Great job on the Xtrain workouts the last few days.

Heartymax and Toni - Hope you guys are doing ok!

This weekend is lots of hockey for us. M has his end of the year tournament today and tomorrow. Bummer is that he lost in the semifinals today but he played well. There were tears...heartbreaking for a 7yo. Tomorrow is the finals but we're out of the running for the cup.

Despite running around like a maniac today (starting at 6am), I did get a decent workout in - BodyMax 2 which is one of my new acquisitions. I liked it! It was a little bit harder than I thought but I caught on pretty quickly. I did the Timesaver Cardio.

I'm going to put a little thought into my plan for the week. I think I may stay away from Supercuts this week. ;)

Good evening, I got in going the back way again (user CP). I updated all my windows programs so now I really am not sure what the heck is up but anyway... I should try Chrome next, but I shouldn't have to - ya' know?

This morning was Slow and Heavy Legs - LOVED it! I really loved feeling the burn. I could have gone heavier which surprised me; next time I will. I did NOT do firewalkers between sets (TASH) however it was a good idea! Instead I just did lateral leg raises between sets:D The program was about a half hour and I wanted some extra glute work so I did parts of XT Legs... Firewalkers, Barre, and most of floor. My legs are TIRED. I want to feel it in my thighs tomorrow!

Craig surprised me today with a movie and an early dinner; we saw Snitch which was pretty intense and we both really enjoyed it. Mexican food afterwards. It was a nice day :) By the way, he's going to look at my laptop and see if he can figure out what's going on.

Tash,
Nice job on the great seats for JM in May! That's going to be amazing! Is Mark going with you?
Fantastic workout today... Imax3 and High Reps - awesome!

TmJ,
So sorry that your son is out of the running for the cup:( I'm sure he knows you support and love him no matter what.

BM2 is pretty tough, I'm not sure exactly what the Timesaver entails but I remember the first time I did it I thought "give us a break, Cathe!" It was about as tough as Imax2 or Imax3! I love the music in all of those, by the way.

Let us know what rotation for the week you come up with; maybe one of us will have a thought or two that might help.

Enjoy your evening!

Hi everyone :)

Yesterday I did a 2 mile walk + 30min KPC. Forgot how much fun that one is! I'm kinda upset because my Step Blast/SJP DVD is skipping :(. It's not scratched or anything, so I don't know what's going on . I'm SO upset! I tried another DVD and it works fine, so it's not the player.

My whole body is DOMS'ing from High Reps! YAYAYAYA!

I made these red velvet protein bars from BB.com yesterday:
Bodybuilding.com - DIY Protein Bars: Healthy Bars In 5 Easy Steps
(3rd one down)

They turned out ok, except that I HATE beets! I figured why would they put them in there if you could taste them, right? WRONG. Something about beets just does not sit right on my palate .

Jennifer
I think I forgot to mention Happy Anniversary! A surprise dinner and a movie sounds wonderful :). That's my kind of night for sure ;)
Glad you loved S&H Legs! I agree, it is surprising how heavy you can go with that w/o.
No, Mark is not going with me to JM's show. I am going with my cousin and her friend. I bought tickets for them because they do SO MUCH for Bella, and I felt I needed to return the favor :).

TMJ
Happy to hear that your son played well in the tournament :). Awww, those poor kids take the game seriously hun? Crying and all :(. But I'm sure they still have fun and enjoy playing.
WTG on BM2! I love that one .

Have a good one ladies!

Hello...I do still exist :) We have some family drama going on right now in the household that is stressing me out and Jasmine's two day cheerleading competition has taken all the rest of my energy. I'm so glad to be home!!

Jasmine's team performed really well at competition. They were pretty much flawless with no deductions, but they still placed last(4 teams). Their routine is just not hard enough to qualify for more points. I'm so sad for them. Their team is very young. You can have girls as old as 12 on the team. We have one 12 year old and a coupld 9-11, but mostly it's 8 and under. They just have a hard time competiting against a team of 12 year olds. I feel really badly for them because they work super hard  We keep trying to tell them that winning teams are built up over the years. I think they understand, but it's still hard for them.

I worked out on Friday...Cardio and Weights. Nothing this weekend becasue I was out of town. I did not workout today because I have not slept most of the weekend and I'm just too tired. Planning to pick it up again tomorrow slowly with something fun. Maybe step blast. This week I will just put in whatever works for that day I think.

Sorry no personals today. I haven't had time to read anything and I'm behind at work because I took Friday off. Oh and drama does not involve baby!! She's fine and cute as a button still :)

Good morning ladies! No workouts on Friday and Saturday but yesterday was all of Hard Strikes. I am not 100% sure how many sets the pushup/situp combo should be but we did 8 like what's in Supercuts. Sleep was not the best this weekend so I am starting the week already tired which isn't good. It snowed a ton here too! I think we wound up getting 12 inches all total.

I made the peanut butter brownies from the FoodieFiasco site and they were really tasty! Only 23 calories per brownie too!

Natasha
Congrats on the getting the JM tickets!!!! You must be so excited!

I can't imagine enjoying beets in a bar either.

TMJ
I love the BM2 premix you are talking about. It's all step and so much fun!

Don't feel about Intensity....it's super hard.

Jennifer
It sounds like you had a great night out with DH! I'm glad you were able to get back on to post.

Toni
That's great that the cheerleaders did so well but it would be hard for them to compete with girls who are so much older. I'm sure though that if the team stays together in a couple of years they will wipe the floor with them!

Have a fantastic Monday everyone!

P.S. One of my friends on FB shared this video of a parady some military guys did. It is soooo funny. I hope you enjoy it too!

Happy Monday!

Craig and I both ran updates and service packs with my Vista system... still not working like it used to but at least I can still get in. I may have figured out that where and when I log in makes the difference for me in this thread. How Bizarre How Bizarre (song in case anyone recognized it).

This morning was CrossFire - haven't done that one in a while. Since I took a rest day yesterday (Sunday) and the last two workouts were weights only I thought CF fit well. I enjoyed it! Almost did Imax3 but I'll save that one for later in the week.

Stacie,
Thanks for the foodie info; peanut butter is a weakness of mine so I definitely will have to try those brownies.

Glad you did Hard Strikes and I hope it helps you get some sleep tonight. I love that workout! And I feel that if I were to do an UB workout the next day I could skip the shoulders:) BTW, I would have put it on my Greatest Hits list but it took a little too much time... besides, I kind of feel that the first greatest hits needed the older workouts on it before the newest ones... but I guess that's just my opinion because I've been doing her older workouts longer:rolleyes:

I'm looking forward to checking out the link you sent - I'm sure it's very entertaining!

Our ice/snow is about all melted in most spots. We did have to shovel and stomp up the back yard because the dogs were having a hard time on the ice... that helped it melt. Good luck to you all with the 12" that just dumped on you.

Toni,
Good to hear from you. Sorry about the family drama but I'm glad the baby is still doing well! Congrats to Jasmine's team - 4th place is still something to be proud of especially since they did so well and didn't make any errors! You're right, winning teams take time - and being older has it's benefits. They will get there and I think it's great the way you kept them encouraged:) It reminds me of a quote I saw - "the 'overnight sensation' has been training for 17 years" - something to think about, right?!

Tash,
So sorry about your SB/SJP DVD:( Isn't there some kind of DVD cleaner you can try on it? Like a buffing solution or something... maybe? I hope it works out.

KPC is such a great workout. I almost put it on my Greatest Hits suggestion but it's longer than 4DS Kickbox and honestly I think 4DS is as good, just a little different.

Congrats on your HR DOMS!
And also again on your JM tickets! It was very generous and thoughtful of you to take your cousin and her friend. They're probably more into it than Mark, anyway:D

As for the Red Velvet protein bars... they sound fantastic until you mentioned the Beets. I don't like those at all; they are way too Earthy-tasting for me. Craig likes them so maybe I can make them for him. I was wondering if Rhubarb/Strawberry would work as a substitute but I haven't looked at the recipe yet. Of course, honestly, I don't like Rhubarb either... too earthy-tasting, and the strawberry doesn't make it any better in my opinion.

Heartymax,
Hope you are doing well!

Have a fantastic day, everyone!

Jennifer - Good job on CrossFire today! That's one of my new workouts...can't wait to try it.

Natasha - I love love love KPC. That and Low Max tie for my favorites. Whenever I have a stressful meeting planned at work, I do that in the morning. I guess it helps me to release my aggression. :)

Toni - Glad you're back! Sorry about the drama and cheerleading comp. It's so hard to console kids when they lose.

Stacie - I'm so sorry that you're dealing with snow and little sleep...that's no way to start the week. Try to get some extra rest tonight!

I have the day off today (woo!) so got to sleep in a bit. After spending about an hour trying to figure out a good workout plan for my week, I realized that I really need more experience under my belt before I start making rotations. I decided to do the XTrain cardio/strength rotation at least the first week to see if I like the combo of cardio/strength in the same workout. I am going to sub in 45' on my recumbent bike for the Tabatacise workout. I just don't think my endurance is up to Tababat quite yet and with my goal to lose weight, I feel that I need some steady state cardio in there.

Today was AOLIH Premix 2 with Burn Chest. I liked it!

Have a great week ladies!

ACK! Cathe just posted on her blog that there will be 7 new videos in 2013. Preorders start Friday!!!!

I was think there would be 2 or 3 new videos....

Natasha, curious if you'll be happy with the new step workouts. :)

I know I have been MIA! Having PC problems and I don't like using my phone app ad much. DH was out of town this weekend to attend a college friends funeral. It was cold and rainy on Saturday and I took my DS14 to usher meeting at church. Sunday was church and that was pretty much the weekend. I can't remember my last post. I just know I got in 4 workouts. DH got home about 3am and disrupted my sleep so no workout today. I have class tomorrow nite. I am carpooling with 2 others. It is 2 1/2 hour drive so I have to go up after work and won't get home til about 11:30. My week doesn't look good. Hope to squeeze in a workout later this week and catch up on personals.

Good morning!

HeartyMax - Good to see you! Sorry life has been super busy these days for you.

I am so excited for the new series of discs. Although when I first read the Hard Strikes/KPC one, I thought it was step kickbox and I was absolutely thrilled. It still sounds good but I guess my fantasies got the better of me. :) Not that I need anymore discs because I'm still struggling to figure out what to do every day/week.

But I'm determined to complete the first week of XTrain cardio/strength combo. Today's workout will be Legs Premix 1 although I may choose a shorter premix. It's really easy for me to get leg DOMS and I don't want to push to hard and not be able to continue this week.

ETA: My first time with Legs today. I did Legs - Standing only. I'm glad I took it slow...I'm sore already. :)

Have a great day everyone!!!

Woo hoo! So excited about the new workouts! I'm sure I'll be saying OUCH afterwards, though:D

I clicked on the link to the tread in my email notification, then I logged in at the prompt instead of the usual login place in the upper right corner... got in with no trouble; that seems to be the fix for me.

This morning I was on FIRE! Not literally thank God:D
I did Afterburn Express (about a half hour), then Level 1 of Butt Bible (20 minutes, Pauline Nordin), then I did the Rear Delts Bonus on XT Legs (about 15 min). Workout time was about an hour 5 min but I added another 5 for stretching. Stretching my glutes via Pigeon stretch was quite painful, actually, so I had to stay shallow on that one.

I noticed that in the AB Express there is one section that doesn't get repeated on the other side so I had to redo that one.

TmJ,
That's a GREAT idea to follow the cardio/strength rotation!
Nice job on Legs - that is a tough workout and I know I have grumbled at Cathe during the leg shaving exercise:eek:

I think part of your fun will be getting to experience all kinds of new workouts!

Stacie,
Thanks so much for the link of the soldiers/cheerleaders - the guys sure are easy on the eyes and they were very fun to watch!

Heartymax!
So glad to hear from you. Sorry to hear about the funeral and DH being out of town. Class is 2 and half hours away? I'm glad you have people to carpool with. I hope you have a nice week and can get some rest.

Hi Tash and Toni.
I best get - have a wonderful day.

Good morning ladies! Last night was Low Impact Step. My neighbor liked that one which is good since we had only been doing Basic Step for so long. I think this week we are going to take a break from the heavy weights and make it more of a recovery type week. I have built our rotation for March and it's a little tough so it will be good to have an easy week. I took one of Cathe's Fat Loss rotations (I think it was Jan 09) and modified to use workouts I thought my neighbor could handle. Here is what I came up with which we will start next Sunday:

WEEK ONE
Sun: SuperCuts
Mon: MMA Boxing
Tue: Gym Style/Back, Shoulders, and Biceps
Wed: Low Impact Step
Thu: Leaner Legs plus segment 2 of Core Max
Fri: Gym Style/Chest and Triceps plus 20 minute brisk walk
Sat: Off

WEEK TWO
Sun: Gym Style/Legs plus Core Max segment 3
Mon: Hard Strikes Cardio Only + 4DS Back & Biceps
Tue: Low Impact Step
Wed: All Out HiiT Standing Only + 4DS Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
Thu: Basic Step + XT Core #1
Fri: 4DS Kickboxing - All
Sat: Off

WEEK THREE
Sun: MMA Boxing
Mon: Butts and Guts
Tue: Pyramid Upper Body
Wed: Low Impact Step Plus Bonus Stabilty Ball Abs on Butts and Guts
Thu: Pyramid Lower Body
Fri: The Ride
Sat: Day off

Week Four:
Sun: Hard Strikes + Core #2
Mon: Legs and Glutes
Tue: Low impact Step
Wed: Gym Style/Chest & Triceps
Thu: Pure Strength Legs and Abs
Fri: Gym Style/Back Shoulders & Biceps
Sat: Off

Jennifer
I am super excited about the new workouts too! I am so glad that there will be some step and steady cardio in there!!!!

I'm glad you liked the video. I thought they did a really good job copying all of the moves that the cheerleaders did! It was super cute to me!

I still need to try those Butt Bible workouts! I always forget about them until you or Natasha mention them.

TMJ
I love the standing portion of legs! It's just right for a good workout! The chair/barre work isn't too hard either in case you haven't tried that out either.

HeartyMax
It was super nice to hear from you! It sounds like you are really busy though. I hope you're able to squeeze some workouts in this week.

Natasha
How excited are you for another step DVD???? :D

Have a great day everyone!

Hello...today was LowMax. Loved it!! Haven't done it in so long I forgot how much of a leg workout it was, which is nice because I'm going to do an UB only workout tomorrow. I was looking for an UB workout that doesn't use the barbell. My back is almost 100% and I don't want to do anything that will put a strain on it, so didn't want to do any BB squats or Lunges. I think I can do a BB row though. If it feels bad, I will switch to DB.

I cannot believe Cathe is filming again. I will certainly be buying. I love having so many choices in my collection!! And I'm so glad there is a new kickboxing DVD!!

Stacie
That's a touch rotation for March!! Good luck with it!!

Jennifer
You amaze me at the workouts you put together. I need to be more creative with my selections as well!!

TMJ
Cathe's cardio usually equals a leg day for me :) She frys my legs with some of her cardio. Sometimes I have to follow them up with an UB only workout just to give them a break!!

Tasha
You have your wish....complex step on the way!! I'm looking forward to it also.

HeartyMax
Hope your PC is fixed soon :)

AHHH NEW STEP WORKOUTS!!!!

I'm excited about the new 7 workouts . I'm assuming all of you are on the pre-order bandwagon?

Yesterday I made a workout in my blender. It went like this:

-1st round of Tabatacise (1 set - no repeat - 2min)
-1st cycle from AO (3-4 exercises)
-Recovery step from Tabatacise

Then the next group was 2nd round of Tabata, 2nd cycle AO, recovery step. Repeat this cycle for about 50min until all the Tabatacise and AO exercises are complete. OMG was it HARD! I hit the 35min mark and stopped . My legs are still DOMS'ing from High Reps and the lactic acid build-up was killing me! That is one effective leg/glute workout if I do say so myself :D. What I love about it though (besides no repetition) is that you are not pounding high impact the entire time. You get your HR super high with Tabata, then it stays elevated with hiit and the recovery step. What a super effective cardio w/o! MY GLUTES ARE ON FIRE TODAY!

Toni
I'm sorry to hear about the drama going on at home :(. Hope things settle down for ya.
Glad to hear Jasmine performed well at the cheer-leading competition! 4th place is still awesome. You must have been such a proud mamma :).

Jennifer

I'm so happy you were able to trouble-shoot the problem! YAY! I hope I'm not jinxing you -- hope it stays fixed.
Loved your w/o today! Your mix & match sounded . Butt Bible is great when you are short on time and don't want to drag out a lot of equipment.
Aren't you in love with XT Rear Delts? So perfect :).
Thanks for some helpful tips on what might fix the DVD. I'm so bummed too :( you know how much I love Step Blast.

TMJ
I would have done a Tom Cruise couch jump  had there been step-kickbox. Oh well, at least I got my complex-step wish :D.
I love a good leg workout! It's my fav muscle to train, actually.
As far as giving Tabatacise a try, I think you could totally do it! Why not start out with *one* 4min cycle? You might be surprised at how well you do :).

Stacie
Great looking rotation! Glad to see your neighbor is still keeping up with the workouts. I supposed for someone who is new to exercise, it's easy to lose motivation -- heck it can happen to anyway, right? I try to get my mother and aunt to exercise (they are both over 50) but they just laugh at my feeble attempts .
I'm going to try the brownies! I go cuckoo for PB .

Heartymax
I'm sorry to hear about your DH's friend's funeral :(.
I hope this week is a better one for the both of you, and you get some much needed rest.

Whew! That was long . Have a good one ladies ;)

Quick post since I made such a massive one yesterday

My w/o yesterday was GS Back, Shoulder's, Bi's (first time!). O-M-G. Love. Enough said. This one has my heart :). I also went for a 1hr walk with Bella. Looking out my window today, there is a new piling of snow . You would have never guessed it was so balmy out yesterday. WINTER JUST END ALREADY.

Have a good day ladies!

I'm sure I wasn't jinxed but I still get the Fatal Error -- except at least now I get it only after I submit (which is okay since I know my post still made it); the main thing is that I can get in to post when I log in a specific way. It does this on my work PC as well as at my home laptop:confused:

Anyway - High Reps upper body for me this morning followed by 4DS Kickbox. It was a nice workout.

Tash,
Definitely in love with Rear Delts:cool:

You created a fantastic workout combo! Having glutes that are on fire confirms that it is a serious butt kicker:eek: You're making me jealous that I don't have the downloads because I can't do the blenders. Maybe I should consider it for the next order but with my PC I'm not sure it would work very well... have I mentioned that I have Vista:mad: Either way, I guess for an extra $20 it's worth a shot.

Sorry to hear about the snow but I'm glad you were able to enjoy such a nice walk in the balmy weather while it lasted :)

Glad you loved GS! I agree, it's pretty awesome! And by the way, I am so happy for you that Cathe's making a steady-state fancy step; I think she heard you loud and clear:D I'm looking forward to giving it a shot as well. Oh yeah, I definitely am preordering!

Stacie,
Your rotation sounds perfect! Glad to hear that you guys have graduated from Basic Step:D It almost makes me want to break up my upper body workouts so I can follow your rotation!

So I'm in a similar situation you were in during your build... a coworker of mine can't handle one of our books so now it's back in my lap; however, now we're down a person due to retirement and we are not getting a replacement. So now I have my work, the work I wasn't supposed to have, and my other coworker has always depended on my help during 2 of her bound books - which I'm not sure how much I'll be able to help anymore... of course I still need to try - we still have to hit our deadlines and we are a team. Job security, right?!

Is Tyler all set in school now that all the paper work is filled out? Are things going well? Did he take his Black Belt test yet, or is the Pinewood Derby coming up before that?

Toni,
Nice job on Low Max! I haven't done that one in a long time but I love it; thanks for the reminder. Oh yes, it works the legs for SURE!
You're treating your back right - I hope it's 100% really soon! Do you know what made it act up? Sometimes the tiniest move can just throw it out of whack. I remember bending over to put on my socks and when I stood up I was kinked up for a week! I was walking pretty funny! Luckily I had some muscle relaxers on hand otherwise I wouldn't have made it to work for a while. Of course, I know stress can carry itself in the lower back as well and I remember you mentioning that the week was full of drama. Is that tapering off?

TmJ,
I hope you enjoyed your day off the other day - how could you not, right?! How are your legs feeling now? Which Upper Body is on the schedule for this week?

Have an awesome day everyone!

Good morning ladies! Last night my neighbor and I did Supercuts. I also did the last bit of painting on my son's car for the pinewood derby. He did the body but I painted on a batman logo. After we put the wheels on tonight (the weigh in is tomorrow!!!!), I try to take a picture of it for everyone. Tonight is MMA Boxing. I have had that one for awhile now but this is my first time using it! I am super excited! I still really want to try out the Bas Ruten set I picked up in December. I'm thinking if we can ever get back to normal that I will try to do those three days a week in the morning.

HeartyMax
I'm sorry about the funeral -- I meant to post that earlier but spaced it out.

Jennifer
What a bummer that you are still getting the error! Someone else in the forums said they were having a problem too although theirs sounded like a bug in PHP scripts that are used to create these forums. I wonder if yours is a similar problem. It might be a Vista problem too. Vista wasn't the best operating system release. Maybe you can upgrade to Win 7?

Tyler did pass his first brown belt test. He has another brown belt test then about 6 months of red belt training before he becomes a black belt. He was super excited after the testing and was finally showing some enthusiasm towards karate again which is good.

He isn't make in special ed yet...we have the meeting on Thursday morning. I am thinking more and more about the medications. He told me he was getting into trouble in music class and that the teacher said that he could pick where he wanted to sit (he wasn't happy that she had put him right by her) if he promised to settle down. He chose the back of the room because he said there were less kids there and that he gets distracted with the other children around. I can't tell if that how he feels or if he is just repeating information that he has overheard from us adults talking. I just don't know at this point.

Thanks for the compliment on the rotation! I hope we get some good results out of it!!! :D

I am sorry you are having the same problem I did. It's bittersweet isn't it? On the one side, it feels good that they recognize that you can get it done. On the other side, it sucks when you are already maxed out and then they want you to do even more! I hope that you are able to get everything done without having to put in too many extra hours.

Natasha
I think you should call the workout you made TabataMania! It sounds crazy hard! ;)

I'm definitely preordering too! I am pretty positive that I will get the downloads again as well. I plan on waiting (if I can!) to order until the slide n glide discs are on the daily deal again. My neighbor wants a set and I can use the free double shipping to get her a good deal on them. :)

I researched JM's new workout Hard Body that comes out on the 5th. It got some pretty good reviews. I might snag it up although to be honest, I hardly use the JM DVDs I already have -- that and the preorder for Cathe's new DVDs are the main reasons why I am still debating getting it. Do you think you will buy it?

Toni
I love LowMax! I think it's the music in that one. I wish my neighbor was able to do it. We tried a couple of times but it was just too hard for her right now. It's something we'll have to work up to some more!

Happy Hump Day everyone!
