Push It

Good morning ladies! I was wrong about last night's workout -- it was MMA boxing instead of GS. GS is tonight! We did the whole workout last night and I have to say that I really feel in love with it from Combo #2 and on. The core work was awesome too.

My neighbor's daughter is coming into town on Thursday and she wants her to workout with us. Personally, I think it's going to be a tight fit since there isn't a lot of room in her apartment but she is super excited about it. She said she wanted a hard one so she could show her the workouts she does. The schedule is supposed to be Leaner Legs but we talked about doing Butts and Guts instead. I think I have a mean streak though. Her kids down play the Cathe workouts so I think it will be awesome to give her daughter some serious leg DOMS for days. Bawahahaha! Any suggestions?

Toni
Hooray for Rhythmic Step! I really love that one although I still have trouble with that last combo. It's super tricky for me! I really miss some of the more complicated step routines.

Terrific news that things have settled down at home! :)

HeartyMax
It is VERY hard to do those pushups at the end of BS. I think I did them all on my knees. That's awesome that you were able to do ANY!

TMJ
Ahhh....Low Max! One of my favorite ones! The songs get stuck in my head all the time from that one (of course it is right now just because I started thinking about it). It's no wonder you keep going back to that one!

Jennifer
I wonder if you are getting the snow storm that just passed through here yesterday. It was crazy....the snow picked up and it was like a blizzard outside for about an hour. Then the storm moved out and it was sunny like nothing had happened. Colorado is crazy like that. The weather changes so often.

I'm glad that Cathe support helped you out! Hooray! I preordered yesterday myself. I was holding out until the slide n glide discs went on sale. My neighbor wanted a pair and some firewalker bands so I bought them for her so she could get the free shipping. :D

Btw, thanks to you, I am completely and utterly hooked on protein fluff.

Natasha
It's a big step send our little ones to school isn't it? The school do have all these restrictions now that weren't there when I was young. Hopefully you will be able to sneak her some healthy stuff that is nut free. Don't worry too much about her -- I'm sure she will make friend very quickly! My niece was like Bella and she has sleepovers and stuff now.

Back to grind...have a great day everyone!!!!!

Hello fit ones :)

Yesterday's w/o was hiit 40/20 + 3 mile Leslie walk/jog intervals. I muted both workouts and played Sonza instead: hip hop cardio, 80's & 90's hits, Rock Classics. Ohhhh yaaa!!! I just want to state that I still think 40/20 is harder than Tabatacise. I'm really convinced Cathe and crew were on some sort of pumped-up caffeinated beverage when they filmed the Shock Cardio Series  the way they go at such super speed boggles my mind!

Heartymax
I have no clue as to how Cathe manages to crank out all those push-ups after chest presses/fly's!

TMJ
I think the order of your rotation is fine :). Have you ever done High Reps? I don't think Cathe could have made a more perfect total body workout [sigh].

Jennifer

Hopefully you don't get very much snow . This week is supposed to be very lovely here (thank goodness!).
I understand about nut allergies and how it is so critical that the schools take extra precaution for the little ones since they are always in such close contact. OTOT, if they are going to take away a "healthy" lunch/snack alternative (nut butters IMO are tops in my book) then children should not be allowed to bring CRAP to school, like things with very little nutritional value (gummy bears, cookies, cakes w/icing). I know I sound whiny, but they should ban that stuff too! And yes, thankfully Bella will eat hummus . Just as long as there are no traces of nuts.

Stacie
YES kill her with B&G!!!! DO IT!!! I would ;).
Ya, MMA Boxing is amazing isn't it? I'm really surprised when people say they dislike the Shock Cardio Series, but of course to each his own.
Thanks for the reassurance about Bella. I'm sot so much worried about her making friends as I am about her getting bullied and picked on as she gets older. Kids are mean! I remember as a child, I was very short, and some kids would bully me :(. And I'm sorry, but girls can be much meaner than boys. I just don't want her to dread school because of her peers, you know?

Have a great day everyone!

No workout for me this morning! I did exercise the snooze button, does that count? That's really odd for me to snooze so I'm chalking it up to needing more sleep today.

Natasha - I've tried Songza at work a few times (just for background music) and I really liked it particularly the channel "Your Own John Hughes Movie". Great job on the HiiT. Yes, I've done High Reps...actually it's one my favorites too. Time really flies on that one!

Stacie - Definitely give the daughter some serious DOMS. How about tacking on a tabata or two after B&G?

Jennifer - Love Burn Sets! Thanks for the comments on my rotation. Missing today may mean some shuffling. I don't do the blasts on Low Max so maybe that's why my legs don't really hurt afterwards.

It's a snow day so no school. I can't say that I'm excited about because it's March and I really would not prefer to make up this day in June.

This mornings workout was Cross Fire. I had to switch from my blue band to the green one. Hey, at least I didn't stop LOL!!

Tasha- I understand your fears for when Bella starts school. I remember feeling the same way when my first son started. I was afraid he wouldn't have friends or got picked on. It turned out to be well for him. I do know girls are different. They can be mean. Boys get over things and move on. Girls hold grudges for years. I know you will teach her how to be assertive when needed:) and how to let go of the people whose character may not be friendly.

TMJ---- the code worked and I ordered volume 1 and 2. Can't wait to try them.

Good morning ladies! Last night was GS Back, Shoulders, and Biceps. I nearly had to thrown in the towel because I had a really bad headache (I've been staying up too late again). Luckily, my headache medication kicked in just in time and I made it through the workout. I have some soreness in my upper arms already so I might be hurting later on!

HeartyMax
Congrats on the new HC purchase!!!! Are you going to get the body bars too? Hopefully you won't have to make up this snow day!

TMJ
I think the rotation the way you have it should be good if you don't do the Low Max blast. Some of them are killer...is there a blast free premix? Maybe I should try that with my neighbor since she simply can't make it through Low Max.

I would love to do a tabata with the daughter but I have to be a little careful that I don't take her mom out too! It's going to be balancing act! :D

Natasha
Ahh...I see what you mean now about Bella and school. Yes, some girls CAN be mean. It seems like they are being a lot better in the schools though about bullying and making kids aware of what they should do if it happens. She is so cute though that it's hard to imagine anyone finding anything wrong with her to pick on!

Have a great day everyone!

Hello all. Yesterday was GS Back, Shoulders, Bi - Timesaver. I must say that I did not like the timesaver option. It seemed very rushed and I didn't feel like I didn't have enough time to rest between exercises :( I will probably go back to doing MM UB premix instead or PUB.

Today was Legs & Glutes. Loved it!! Those ankle weights in the second half really add to the workout. And you don't have to do so many pulses :)

Stacie
I think any Cathe leg DVD will do the trick for DOMS :)

HeartyMax
Glad you got HC. I hope you love them as much as I do :)

TMJ
I love the step portion of Low Max. I've done that premix and it's nice!!

Tasha
I think I'm weird when it comes to kids growing up. I never minded when they were growing up out of toddlerhood. I quite enjoyed that part(toddlers are not my favorite). But now I am finding that watching them grow into teenagers is quite difficult and I dislike parts of it. Sometimes I look at my kids and think...WHERE'S MY BABY??? Which I thought I would never feel because growing out of toddlerhood was so easy for me. Go figure

Stacie---I haven't decided if I will get the body bar. I will think about what I have around the house that I can substitute for it. Will my bar from my barbell work? I really don't want to have to buy anything else.

Toni--the pics of the kids are adorable. I am excited about HC. I am looking forward to posting some good results. Did you get the body bar or what did you use?

Today's workout was Burn Sets Biceps and Triceps. I just did some planks instead of core 1. I can tell that my abs are not as strong as they were last summer.

Hi everyone :)

I was slotted to do an UB workout yesterday, but my shoulder's and back are really sore for some reason . I'm not certain if this was from my last UB workout (GS Chest & Tri's). I did B&G instead, and did much better this time around. I did not use a barbell for fear of straining my shoulder's since they are so sore. I did the floor work too, and that nearly killed me . I also took a 2 mile walk outside. The weather was beautiful.

Today we go to Reptilia, which is a giant indoor zoo with only reptiles! We went last year, but Bella has been asking to go back lately. Hopefully I have some pics to share with all of you tomorrow :D.

Heartymax
Thanks for the reassurance about school and Bella :).
How you manage to do CF and all those other tough workouts at 5am just impress the heck out of me. I know there might be a time when I am required to do the same, but I'm not certain a hiit/tabata workout would be on the agenda ;).

Toni
I hear you on the Toddler thing! I really did not like that stage one bit . Bella was great in public though, so that was my saving grace. I actually don't mind her getting a bit older so we can do things like go to the movies, bike riding, skating, stuff like that. I'm scared for the teenage years too. Raising kids at all ages seems challenging!

TMJ
I'm sure you needed the extra sleep ;).
Songa is a great website! So many rockin' playlists .

Stacie
Sorry to hear about your headaches :(. Hopefully you got a good sleep last night.
BTW, have you ever tried making cake/cookie in a mug? I found lots of recipes on Pinterest! They actually turn out very tasty, and the serving is portion controlled for one, so no going back for seconds ;).

Jennifer

Hope you are doing well :). Did you end up getting a lot of snow?

Hi wonderful women!

Fortunately we didn't get a lot of snow and today is supposed to start a warming trend - upper 40s. I'll take it!

I didn't work out yesterday, got a lousy night's sleep - one of those "keep waking up" nights. Apparently it was super windy because we kept getting flashes of power outages which sets off some sort of loud BEEP from somewhere in our house. Sounds like the smoke detector but since that's battery operated I don't think that's it. Anyway, I decided to just skip the workout and get to work early. Luckily no headache though.

I printed out some of the Greatest Hits suggestions and plan to do some of those workouts; some of them sound super hard and glute related:D I thought that would be this morning but it wasn't. Probably this weekend.

Tash, I'm sorry to tell you this but I received my weighted gloves yesterday! I guess I just didn't get notification that they shipped when obviously they did. Any word on yours, BTW?

Therefore I had to do Hard Strikes this morning, just the cardio part. It was so much nicer but not any easier using the gloves instead of weights. Man do those weights take that workout up a big notch!

Then I tried the Cardio Leg Blast Premix (#20 I think, Strength Only). It's slated for 36 min or so but the segments in the premix can easily be skipped to Next instead of waiting for the discussions and water breaks to end -- I saved about 6 minutes by not waiting around. It was pretty good but I don't think it works as well without the Leg Cardio drills (FYI). For about the same time I can try LB Trisets (for next time).

Then I did some firewalkers and some floor work from B&G. Finally - done.

Tash,
So nice to hear that B&G went better this time! Sorry about your shoulder, though:( It's annoying to be so sore and not really know why:confused: I hope it's better soon. Maybe some yoga?

I also agree that 40/20 is still the hardest one ever! LOL-pumped up on caffeine during filming:D

You know, you raise a very good point about taking some nutritious food away but still allowing sugary food and snacks - especially with the childhood obesity situation growing the way it is. I know the kids are super young but isn't that the best time to teach them good habits? And actually, isn't it hard enough to keep kids calm?

I'm looking forward to seeing pics from Reptilia - it's so cool that Bella likes that place:cool:

Stacie,
How are your arms feeling after GS? Glad you were finally able to do some strength work; what a de-stressor! Sorry to hear about your headaches, though.

Have you decided which workout to do with the daughter? I completely agree with your philosophy, though - you want to show the tough side but without taking out your neighbor.

Cool - I'm glad you're enjoying the protein fluff:)

Toni,
Sorry the GS time saver didn't work out for you but I'm with ya' on the PUB - I love that one.

Heartymax,
Congrats on your HC purchase and the discount code working:) I tried using my barbell for some of the moves (which you'll see) but I found that it really hurt the palm of my hands. I have Gel gloves now so that would help; the gel pad is also inclined so there's not as much extension in my wrist during all the one-handed body weight exercises. I'm curious to see what Toni is using, too!

TMJ,
How is your routine going? Have you done High Reps yet?!
I hope your parents are doing well. Are you going back this weekend?

Have a wonderful rest of the day!

Jennifer--thanks for sharing your HC story. I really don't want to buy more "STUFF" so I look forward to hearing what Toni has to say. How much do body bars cost and do I just grab one from somewhere like Dicks Sporting Goods?

Tasha
--I almost reached for B&G today.

I opted for STS Legs Disc 6 for a awesome get down in there good with those sliding disc lunges:eek:.

Have a great Friday everyone!

Hi Ladies!

I've been quite the slacker this week. I did Low Max on Tuesday and took Wednesday and Thursday as rest days. I think I really needed the extra rest with my super weekend and stress of the world. Today will be either Crossfire (first time) or Supercuts. We have a snow day so I'll be working from home with M. Saved commute time = exercise time. :)

Edited to add: Decided to do Supercuts full version no core. Boy I love that workout. I had a couple weird leg cramps during it which is weird.

Crazy weekend ahead. Tonight I'm going to see Matchbox 20 with some friends (hopefully the snow doesn't get in the way of me and Rob Thomas!). Tomorrow we have a special mass for M and first communion prep and do all our usual weekend errands. Sun we have a hockey tournament that starts at 7am (on the ice at 7...and we spring ahead this weekend). After the tournament we have his hockey banquet. Busy, busy!

Toni: Sorry the GS Timesaver wasn't fun. I think the editing has really come a long way since the early days of premixes.

Stacie: Have you had the workout with your neighbor + daughter yet? I'm so curious how that goes. ;)

Heartymax: Congrats on your HC purchase! I love new stuff!

Natasha: Hope you had fun at Reptilla! I love little girls who love everything! I've come across some that are only about pink and princesses....but then again I'm a boy mom.

Jennifer: Glad you got your gloves. Aren't they fun? Love that you took some of the Greatest Hits ideas and will use them. Some of them look really great. Cathe is really smart in "making" her customers do the work for her. I think that really contributes to her success.

Have a great weekend everyone! Don't forget to "spring ahead" on Saturday night!

Hi everyone!

Reptilia was super cool . We saw a Boa Constrictor getting fed . Just so you guys know, they feel the reptiles dead animals like mice, birds, rabbits. Bella was really brave and touched some snakes and lizards (under the caretakers supervision of course). She is definitely a lover of all animals :).

I made a premix in my blender last night that is my own low impact version of cardio + leg work. It alternates Afterburn exercises that are mostly leg intensive (no plank exercises) + leg work from S&G, AT, XT (using dixie cups, firewalker loop, stability ball, S&G discs). I'll let you guys know how it turns out!

TMJ
LOL, Bella is not your typical girlie girl. Perhaps that's because I'm not that girly myself. She likes fairies and princess movies, but she does not play with dolls and barbies (never has, actually).
I think because of the majority of Cathe's rotation ask for a 6X/week commitment, most if us feel that is the "ideal" amount of time to spend working out. For some it definitely is (I am one of them), but for others less is better. Listening to your body is the way to go IMO :).
Have fun at the Matchbox 20 concert! And good luck with M's Communion prep.

Heartymax
I love STS Legs the most! Just for the leg workouts alone, I'm so happy I invested in that series!

Jennifer

I'm glad to see you didn't get hit that hard with snow.
Sorry to hear about your lousy sleep :(. I hate it when I keep waking up for stupid reasons . Hopefully last night was better :).
Congrats on the gloves! Sounds like you got an awesome w/o with HS! And don't feel bad about my glove delay .
I was going to do that CLB premix. Perhaps during the waiting around I can do some jump rope. FYI- doing it with an actual rope makes a HUGE difference, instead of just simulating the moves.

Stacie & Toni - Hope you both are doing well :).

Good morning,

High Step Training - that's a great workout. I was sweatting before the first cycle was finished! I used 3 risers instead of two during the cardio sections but still, then going right into the leg work and then triceps - whew! It's a solid 60-min workout. There are lots of good premixes, though; I'll have to keep them in mind for my mix/match days.

TmJ,
I heart Rob Thomas and Matchbox 20! You're going to have a awesome time! I really hope the snow doesn't get in the way of those plans.

How nice that you were able to work from home; communte time is a HUGE savings. Nice job on Supercuts, very wierd about the cramps:confused: I'm looking forward to when you do High Reps. FYI, sometimes to save time I will only do a couple of the exercises and skip to the next muscle group. It takes away from the workout, obviously, but it is a nice way to check out the workout, do some strength exercises, and save some time. You may want to look at the Chapter menus to see which exercises are in the workout.

Omgosh, 7am the day after springing forward - I'm so sorry! Definitely sounds like a very busy weekend and hopefully you'll be able to get to bed early Sunday night. Congratulations on M's first communtion:cool: I remember mine and insisted on McDonalds afterwards:D However I've left the Catholic Faith and switched to Baptist/non-denom. Craig and I don't agree on a church, though, so I watch Joel Osteen on TV and sometimes I watch "our" church. It's not the same as going to church, I know, because I miss the church family.

Heartymax,
I completely understand not wanting to buy additional workout equipment. Actually, I just thought of something - PVC pipe is very cheap; maybe get one that is shaped like a barbell; that would be much softer on the palms than a metal bar and for sure a lot less expensive than a body bar - body bars are not cheap at all especially since it's hard to know which strength to buy. Doing the workout at least once will give you a better feel. I did use a hand weight for some of the exercises.

Tash,
Hope your shoulder is feeling better, and have fun today. Hope you have nice weather again! We are supposed to be in the high 50s today! Yay! Craig and I have a date with the grill, the patio, a couple of steaks, and I'll have some wine while he has his beer.

Stacie,
How did the workout go?

Toni,
Hope all is well!

Happy Friday everyone, make it a great day!

Good morning ladies! My neighbor's daughter bailed on the workout -- said she wanted to relax. It turned out that NONE of us worked out which is kinda funny since we had such big plans for a killer workout. I was super tired though and went to bed early -- well...early for me.

I tried out ChocolateKatie's lemon squares last night (I know...I should have worked out instead but at the time I was making them I had every intention of doing it! :D ) and they are very yummy! Next Monday night I will make three more batches of them: 2 for the teachers doing parent/teacher conferences and one for my coworkers.

This weekend my sister is having my niece's birthday party but a huge snow storm is coming to the northern part of the state which is where I live!!! If we are going to go, we will have to leave tonight. This means I am going to have to load up some weights and take them with me so I can make up the missed workout from yesterday.

TMJ
WOW! Matchbox 20! Lucky girl! Have a great time at the concert!!!!

I love Supercuts too btw.

That definitely sounds like a crazy weekend. Some days it feels like the list of things to do is overwhelm and I only have one child!

Thanks for the info about the LowMax premix. I will definitely keep that one in mind.

Natasha
It sounds like you had a great time at Reptilia! My sister and her kids would love somewhere like that. My son freaked out at the butterfly pavilion with just butterflies flying around all over. I think he gets that from me.

I haven't tried a mug recipe yet but I know I will soon. I have all the stuff for a single serving carrot cake one.

Btw, I was shocked to find out that the girl that does foodiefiasco (the site with the 23 calorie brownies) is only 14!!! Can you believe that? She recently posted some recipes for girl scout cookies that look heavenly. She also has one for a cookie dough blizzard.

Jennifer
No DOMS at all from GS...I was kinda bummed out about that. I figured out the headaches were from TTOTM. I didn't realize it was even here because it's so incredibly light now with the IUD.

Speaking of trying different workouts...tonight or tomorrow I want to try the deck of cards workout. I saw it first on the Biggest Loser but there is actually an app for it that I downloaded onto my phone. It's a pretty neat little app -- you can customize the exercise you want to do when for each suit that comes up.

HeartyMax & Jennifer
I may be wrong, but I think Toni bought some body bars to do HC with. I could have sworn she bought them at Walmart.com and that at least one of them was way too light. That might be why she doesn't have the barbell problems Jennifer had. I haven't tried the ones yet that use the bar but I was wondering hand weight might work better than the barbell.

Have a great day everyone!

HC arrived today do I definitely an to preview them this weekend. I see volume 1 requires the body bar and not volume 2. Now I wish I had yay gotten volume 2. Someone suggested that but I can't remember why. Aargh. Spuds like I'll be buying a body bar.

Fly by post.....

Holy DOMS! Supercuts really does it to me. I was a little creaky (legs/butt)this morning but feeling better now.

I decided to do 60 min steady state cardio on my recumbent bike this afternoon. I had a new book I wanted to start so I thought it was a good way of killing two birds with one stone.

Matchbox 20 was fantastic however since I heart Rob Thomas I love his solo show way more. He tells stories between songs and it feels really intimate. Last night was great however more of a rock concert.

Ok, I'm off! Tomorrow will be crazy and I doubt I will get a workout in but we'll see.

Have a great day everyone!!!

Hello all! Today is a rest day. Yesterday was HC V3 plus 50 hip thrusts. My hamstrings are still in a state of DOMS from my Wed Legs and Glutes. Going to do some stretching today to help out.

HeartyMax
HC V1 was a toughie for me in terms of equipment. I tried it with my 15# barbell, but that was too heavy for some exercises. You seem to be much stronger in the UB than me, so you may not find it as difficult. I did purchase a 5# body bar, but that was too light for some things. I just didn't seem to be able to figure out the right type of equip for the workout, so I don't do V1 much. It's the easiest of the four volumes, so that's ok with me. V2 and V3 are my favorites. V4 is HARD because its almost all on the stab ball. Takes a lot to work up to it. For me anyway.

Jennifer
I love High Step Training. That workout really works the legs good!

Stacie
Nice dedication to pack up the weights and take them with you on your trip!!

TMJ
Sometimes we just need extra rest days. ESP when we have stress going on in our lives.

Tasha
The Reptillia sounds awesome. You always find such cool things to do with your daughter. I love that about you :)

Happy Sunday everyone :)

Friday's w/o was Power Max (oldie but a goodie) and Sat w/o was XT total UB premix 50min + rear delts. I really need to try harder to incorporate those XT bonuses and 100RC's! They are the bomb!

Toni
Thanks for the compliment . In all honesty, I want Bella to experience more than I did as a child. My family was afraid of this, that, and everything! It was a bummer because I was not even allowed to play to the McDonald's PlayPlace for heaven's sake!

TMJ

Glad you had a great time at the concert!

Heartymax
Have fun with HC . That is one wagon I will NOT be riding ;).

Stacie
I love Foodie Fiasco! OMG I made the cookie dough blizzard and it was pretty tasty :p. Not like the real DQ  but still a healthier substitute. She is such a sweetie -- and ya I can't believe she is only 14yrd old!
Chocolate Covered Katie is great too :p.
If you went to your sister's, I hope you had a safe drive :).

Jennifer
I think during your last post we were writing at the same time. Just so you know to check my post because I responded to you :).
Hope you had a lovely bbq weekend. Grilled steaks and wine is perfection in my eye's ;):p.

Have a great day :)

Welcome to the Daylight Savings; I hope no one missed that hour of sleep:rolleyes:

I ended up skipping my workout yesterday for no good reason other than my timing was off so I blew it off (errands, dog walking). No worries because it gave me the opportunity to do another High Step workout today and really compare the two (Challenge and Training). I'm not sure which is harder... they are both tough. The HST doesn't use the band and has a TON of leg presses. The HSC seems to work more muscle groups more often. Either way they are both good workouts - of course, duh:D

I haven't tried the Greatest Hits suggestions yet:(

Toni,
I'm impressed that you did hip thrusts even though your hams were still sore from L&G! Enjoy your rest day:)

Tash,
Power Max is a great workout indeed. Speaking of, how did your Low Impact Cardio + Leg creation turn out - or, maybe you haven't done it yet? It sounds like a fantastic idea.

That is so cool how Bella petted lizards! It's cool that the boas are being fed mice and rabbits that are already dead; makes me feel a little better about seeing them eat. I know that's what they eat but seriously - getting eaten alive? What an awful way to go. Could you image being claustrophobic, too?! and wait a minute - your parents didn't let you play at mcDonald's playland? Were they afraid you'd get hurt or was it germs or what? I know one girl who's mom went on a field trip with our class; we went to a petting zoo or something and the girl wasn't allowed to pet some of the animals and she had to constantly wash her hands. Maybe the girl had an immune problem - or maybe the mom was just completely paranoid.

The steaks were pretty good, thanks:) but the weather people lied; it was pretty darn chilly the entire day. We just wore extra layers. No way was I going to let the weather change our dinner plans but it did sort of damper the excitement.

Stacie,
Oh my gosh, that really is SO funny about not working out with the daughter after having such big plans. At least you got to bed a bit earlier.
As for your headache, this sounds strange but I actually did wonder just the other day how your IUD was working out... sounds like it's working out pretty well so I'm happy for you:)

Denver made the news about the snowstorm - did you make it to your niece's birthday party and back okay? Did your mom ride with you?

I never heard of chocolate covered katie so I found her web page - looks interesting and I will have to check out her stuff.

Have you downloaded the Deck of Cards workout? I bet that will keep things interesting:D It might even make working out a little easier for you since it seems like it can be a bit spontaneous.

Heartymax,
Did you watch any of the HCs yet?

TmJ,
Cool - so glad you were able to see Matchbox 20 in spite of the weather. Thanks for the comparison between the M20/RT concerts; definitely sounds like RT is more fun.

So which book are you reading, if you don't mind me asking? I'm reading Patricia Cornwell's book called TRACE; I believe it's one of her newest ones.

Glad you felt your work from Supercuts;) Every time you feel it you get stronger!

How was the hockey game and the communion?

Have a great day, ladies!
