I don't have these. I'm assuming that we need these. Fun Fun. Yippee. I can't wait.
Thanks for the website connections. That was very thoughtful. The gloves looks great. Dont mind investing in those, but the heavy bag is "weigh" too expensive for me to invest!
What do you think?
I train in boxing and kickboxing 1-2 times a week and work on a heavy hanging bag with these beautys
With some handwraps underneath, you will not feel the hardness of the bag at all. They weigh 10 oz, so have a little weight on them.
Although I don't have my own bag at home (I use the ones at our MMA club), there is no way you can get the same workout if you work without a bag. It ups the intensity factor and the muscle work factor. I can shadow box like a madwoman, but there is no way I will get doms like when I workout on a bag. Personally I also prefer a hanging bag to a standing one. I think they are cheaper too.
Judi, what did you fill your standing bag with? Sand?? Water??? Is it hard to lug around once you finish your workout?
Denise, I bought them at our club, but you can get them here:

I also have a matching head gear to go with them (for sparring or fighting).
