They haven't given a firm date. Cathe ( in response to when the timing of presale charge occurs) made a comment she would give one week's notice before presale ends...here's the comment

At preorder but you can cancel anytime you want (up until a week before the presale ends and notice will be given when it’s a week away from ending) for a full refund!
