I previewed Plyo Legs a couple of weeks ago, doing just the plyo work as a quick HIIT workout for cardio. Today it came up on my official rotation and I kid you not, it nearly killed me.
First I paused a bit between exercises.
Then I started cutting down some of the plyo reps.
Then I cut down some of the weight reps.
Feeling faint and ready to barf, I had to actually quit and watch from my passed-out position on the floor as the rest of the crew did the 4 remaining exercises.
My hat is off to the STS crew and the rest of you who made it through that workout. I'd like to blame it on the fact that I donated blood on Sunday, but it's Wednesday!
