On the order page (link above) there is a tab, Premixes, beside description and equipment. That opens up a new page with the Premixes.

I really like the looks of these Premixes! There are plenty of options. I especially like the Express Premixes. They’re a great way to build up to the full workout, use as an add on, or as a time saver, even mix with cardio. So, so many possibilities! I’m very excited to get these but I bet you couldn’t tell from my post.
