I can't. I just can't. I can do 2 leg pikes, I can do levitation holds, I even finally got the straight leg levitations. But I just cannot seem to do the one leg pikes. I squeeze out one or two & then bail (no pun intended to my poor neighbors here in the northeast ).
I'm wondering if it's core strength, or if I'm psyching myself out? I'm scared of falling off. I admit it. But if I had the strength, would I have the fear?
For those of you who've mastered them, any advice?
