Kim: I hope the kids get better soon. I too would worry about them being sick if I wasn't there to tend to their needs. I wish your DH luck with your usual run around schedule. This will make him appreciate all that you do for sure! ;-)

Hey Kathy: Is this MIC from the new series? Just wondering because I have the old version and will be doing this later in December. I have my workouts all sceduled for the next 6 weeks before my trip. I hope to get in tip top shape to see the family again. I haven't been back there since my youngest son was 3. He is now 12!
Have fun...? Housecleaning today. I put on really great music and the time flyes by while doing housecleaning chores.

Checking in today with Slow & Heavy Legs and I went ahead and did the shoulders part of that workout.

Not much going on..Tomorrow I will do some cardio and then rest days Thursday, Friday and Saturday while out of town...

Hi Kate and Kathy,

Just checking in before running out to do food shopping for Turkey Day.

I did the Boot Camp (original) wow! is all I have to say. Had to modify the split jumps because these would be to much on my legs whereas I work out in my cellar. Eventually I will have a raised floor put in for doing high impact aerobics.

I hope you both have a great day! Happy Thanksgiving to you all if I don't get back again the next couple of days. :7

Just one last check in for me before I leave. Did a run using Cardio coach #4 and stretch max. Felt good to run as I haven't had much chance lately. Now kiddos should be home for lunch in a few minutes after lunch, a quick shower, pack and off to the airport.

Good Morning Ladies!

Boy Oh Boy, I don't know what was different about that Boot Camp routine I did yesterday but I am feeling it today! My shoulder blades to mid-back are sore today. Not really bad or anything just feeling like I got a great workout.}( I will be doing this one again for sure.

I made a apple & blackberry crumble last night and everyone loved it. (One of the many great recipes in Tosca Reno's cookbook) My DH couldn't believe it had no sugar in it at all. Fooled him good!:7

Today's workout:
GS Chest,Shoulders...??Back? Hmmm will have to see if I can bend over first.;-)

CoreMax 3 abs and a good stretch.

Time to get DD up....BBL

Good for you, Heidi! Today is a rest/stretch day on my rotation. 2nd in a row! Will do Str.Max, maybe some cardio tonight.

Checking in today with Cardio Fusion...I was so pooped at the end..Great tough workout...

I will be out of town for Thanksgiving. Leaving tomorrow and back saturday night...Hope everyone has a great holiday..I will be resting until Sunday!!

Hi Kate and Kathy,

Nice to see everyone is sticking to their guns about eating clean and also getting in their exercise. Great job!

Dinner is done and the turkey is put away. Pies are sitting for who ever wants some later. Going to go running so I can too can say I got in my workout. Been on my legs all day cooking and cleaning up after all the pots, pans and piles of dishes.

Kathy: Cardio Fusion is one of my favorites.

Kate: Oooo SH is a good one. Have fun!

I just finished S&H Legs and I must say that is CRAZY HARD! I was lifting what Cathe lifted and boy, am I gonna be sore! I've had this series for probably a year, but I don't think I ever did the legs portion. I didn't know what I was missing! I may do this series in a rotation in December.

Heidi- Glad you had a good day. Resist those pies when you get home from your run!

Everybody fall of the rotation wagon?!?!?! Don't give up now - we're almost done with the month!

I thoroughly enjoyes my rest day today, but definetly got some walking in for BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING!

HIS & chest/back on schedule for today. I REALLY need some cardio! I am enjoying some serious DOMS from S&H Legs!

Hi Kate and everyone,

Needed a rest day today for sure. I was cleaning the house yesterday and got some windows cleaned. As I was cleaning a chair fell backwards on to my foot...x( it is bruised pretty good. I hope I didn't crack anything!

So today is rest and then depending on how my foot feels I will do a cardio iTread workout.

Don't you just love S&H! }( After such a tough workout I usually put an step workout in to loosen up my legs. This works pretty good.

Have fun with what ever cardio you choose!

How is everyone else doing today?

Got back from the inlaws today...I have been resting. But, tomorrow back at it...

My legs were sore the other day from S&H legs...And I also did a cardio to loosen up those legs and that was Cardio Fusion on Wednesday...

Heidi: Hope that foot is ok..How does it feel???

Hi and Good Morning,

Today is Sunday and suppose to be a rest day for me. I am going to do a step workout and abs anyway.

Kathy: I guess my foot is just bruised pretty good from Friday but is ok otherwise. I went for a run with my daughter last night and did 3.5miles. I am not feeling any ill-effects from that run today so I guess I am good to go. Phew! :D

Will be going out later to get in my groc. shopping for the week and get a few items for the house at Home Depot. We are still working on getting the 3rd floor ready for the plastering people.

What is everyone else planning on doing today?
