Kathy: Great job in getting in your workout today. :)
Is this your final week of the 4-day split routine? If so what is next for you?

First thing this morning I got in GS Legs. The slow lunges are killers!}(
My chins are a little tender from that run yesterday with my daughter. Goes to show that I need more running outside versus the treadmill.
Tonight I am going to throw in an easy run for 30min on the treadmill and CW abs.

Tomorrow is upper body workout. PUB on tap and ME abs.

Heidi: Yes, this is my last week on the rotation. I will probably end up doing another rotation with Cathe. I will check out her December rotation..HOw about you?? Hopefully, we can all checkin again next month.

I can't decide on next month's rotation. THis is actually the first Cathe rotation I've ever completed. After the good burn I had on S&H Legs I'd kind of like to do a S&H. I also am thinking about doing the Nov. rotation again. I'll wait to see what Cathe posts for Dec. I guess. With this series I definetly saw muscle gains but not any fat loss. I probably would have had I kept my mouth shut when deserts got passed around....better luck next month. Hey, at least I didn't GAIN any weight!

Hi Kate and Kathy,

I think as far as fat loss that this takes a little bit of time doing just weights. However, putting in at least 3 cardio sessions a week is the best for this. Good thing you didn't gain any weight from all of those deserts because that would have been discouraging I am sure. Who is Back to eating clean!? I know I am and am going to stick to it. :)

As for next month my schedule has been sort of pre-made. It is still going to be sort of like what I have been following which is BFL (Body For Life that is). I will be checking out Cathe's newest rotation come Dec.1st though.

For this week my schedule looks like this:

Mon: PUB / abs from ME
Tue: KPC
Wed: PLB / abs from MM / iTread set 1 20min.
Thu: IMAX 2
Fri: GS chest, shoulders and back / abs from MIS
Sat: MIC
Sun: Off or easy run

I hope everyone has a great evening. I just finished a card game with my 2 DS's....Uno We had a lot of fun laughing. :)

Hi everyone! I got home safe and sound last night. I did do Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders early today but couldn't get on to post as we were having internet problems.

Sounds like you all doing well. I'm impressed how much exercise and clean eating it seems like you guys did over the American holidays!

Well I had great meetings. My eating was pretty good except for a few treats. I did go the gym and run one night but then got a terrible cold and so didn't do any other exercise. There was some excitement on my trip. My hotel was right across from the SuperDome in Toronto and today was the Grey Cup. Our national football championships is like your SuperBowl. Our city was in it and so were their arch rivals ;) So lots of action, street fairs and stuff going around downtown Toronto so that was fun to participate in. I had to fly out on Saturday and the game was on Sunday I would loved to have stayed but tickets, hotels were sold out.

When I got to the airport, I got to fly home with another football team. On the Friday evening was the Canadian univerity football championship the vanier Cup ( I'm sure you have one of these too :) ) Our hometown university won Friday night and were flying home with me on the Saturday flight! So we had a plane full of very enthusiastic winning university football players and if that wasn't enough there was the provincial search and rescue team also heading home from some training. About 30 of them along with their dogs who rode right on the airplane.Between the players and the rescue workers there were only a handful regular folks on the flight. It was quite the ride home!

The football team had their big trophy and everyone had to get pictures of it. The flight attendants with the trophy, the pilots with the trophy, the rescue team with the trophy, etc.

Then we got on the airplane and they couldn't fit the trophy into the cargo space because there was so much football equipment and each search and rescue member had a large duffel bag. So they tried and put the trophy in the cockpit but it didn't fit so they put the MVP trophy in the cockpit and then reloaded all the luggage, etc etc.
We were 30 mins late leaving all do with the trophy;-) It was cute for awhile but after a bit I just wanted to get home and wasn't feeling well with my cold and missing my kiddos!!

We finally got home there was red carpet coming down the stairs, reporters, photographers etc. Of course none of for me;-) I just stood beside all this commotion waiting for suitcase and got out of there as quick as I could. Boy, ds and dh were quite jealous of me!

BTW our city lost the Grey Cup tonight;(

Hello and Good Morning,

Kim: What a trip! Must have been pretty noisy ride with the football players and the dogs. They actually had the dogs in the passenger department? That's a new one.

Kate: We had a good time last night and you are right that laughing is good for the ab muscles as well as the soul.

I finished PUB w/abs first thing this morning before DS went to school. While waiting for him to get ready I made up some eat-clean burritos for quick lunches later this week.
After dropping him off I came back and finished my workout with an iTread set 1 20min run. Added in extra abs from ME. Ready for my shower and off to work I go.

Well, after a long weekend of slothfulness I jumped back on the workout train. I FINALLY did HIS & weights. This cardio is so much fun and I love all of the pushups too. I upped my weights on chest presses to 25s!! Yay! The last 2 reps I had to drop to 20s....man, was I sweatin'!

Looking forward to KB tomorrow!

I RARELY get to workout in the daytime but I got to today. Just finished KB & Weights. DDs even got into it a little. I get to go to bed early tonight!!

Heidi- Yes, they did let the dogs on the plane. First time I saw that, kind of strange. I saw them walk on the plane but didn't hear a peep from them during the flight so maybe they were in a kennel once on the plane?

Kim, Yes, last week of Nov. rotation. This is my first completed rotation! I'm very proud of myself - and geeked for next month!

Today I did LIS/shoulders,calves & core....Looking forward to see what Cathe has in store for next month. I hope it is not heavy weights again. After November and October, I am ready for fat loss focus or something..

Ditto on the fat loss...not that I'm obese or even chubby, but I can FEEL my 6-pack, sometimes can see the top obliques...just need to burn some butter
