Cathe, this news doesn't diminish your efforts and hard work. You've done a great job on EVERYTHING, so please rest easy.
 
I have found in my life, everything worthwhile always comes with frustration. I don't know why that is..... Maybe it makes us appreciate(sp.?) things more. I am heartbroken for you, you have worked sooo long and hard to get to this point. I am sad for me, but I still have plenty of great Cathe workouts to keep me going for a while :) I have no problem waiting,

Cathe, thank you for the update. I am sure you and your entire staff are really frustrated in not receiving the DVDs today. It puts lots of stress on everyone not knowing WHEN the DVDs will arrive.

Get a good night's sleep and happy packing tomorrow. :)

Cathe, I hope you know that we love you no matter what Sony does. We've been by your side through your knee "tweak" to your knee "rest" through your exploration of knee pain, to your surgery, through your recovery, and on and on!!! I know you're distressed by Sony's issues today, but please don't lose sleep over it.

Sometimes things just happen that are out of our control - for whatever reason, they just weren't meant to ship today. Everything happens for a reason and in the whole scheme of things, this is just a small pebble on the road. No biggie.

Sorry to hear about what had to be a day of total aggravation! Like so many others have said, one or two more days is no big deal on our end. Heck, I'm still floored by the extended clips! Hope tomorrow goes better. :)

I know what happened..........The crew over at Sony tried Cathe's workouts and are lying all over the office to exhausted and sore to move. They are lying there in a pool of sweat and the mere mention of Cathe's name sends spasms threw thir bodies.}(

I think you should take up kickboxing tonight (LOL) to get all that frustration out! Just remember, this too shall pass (a phrase my mother always repeats whenever I am stressed or frustrated). I know you are frustrated, or mayby just disappointed, but we are all patient and happily waiting for whenever the shipment does come through. Thanks, as always, for keeping us informed.

I know you are frustrated because you promised all of us that they would be here today! But you must know by now that we all love you and your workouts so much that we would all understand. It is out of your hands.

I hope SONY comes through and does some explaining - it always seems that when we need something done the person you need to talk to is on vacation - is that convenient or what?

Well, don't sweat the small stuff - just the big stuff which will be when we are doing your new awesome workouts. It was great to see the Body Max clip up today.

Thanks so much Everyone! I really appreciate your patience. Tonight we put some calls and emails in to a few contacts and got a response from one who said they will get back to us tomorrow regarding todays delay. I'll let you know as soon as I hear something :)
 
Sorry you had such a tough day. I know this is frustrating for you.

If Sony doesn't come through tomorrow, I say you make them do Terminators and low ends until they beg for mercy!
