No record of my purchasing pre-sale Shock! :(

I've lost my confirmation, so I had Cathe's folks check for me a couple of weeks ago, and they do have my order number. I cannot see it on my account either, but if you have your confirmation and order number, I wouldn't worry.
 
I have'n get any confirmation either and I see that they just finished shipping all the presale I don't know what happen with my I did email Nancy last Friday and I haven't get any response yet..
 
I ordered mine on March 25. My invoice number 1173 and the amount was $106.94.

I haven't received any notification but I'm confident mine will come. I still have my email confirmation from March.
 
I just got my DVD's today and a response from Nancy... She sais this ....No worries. We have record of your preorder, with your updated address. All preorders are filed in a separate system, not the shopcathe system, that is why you cannot view your order online. However, you won't receive a shipping notification either because you chose USPS First Class Mail and there is no tracking system for postal orders.
So maybe that's what happen...But I'm happy..
