No record of my purchasing pre-sale Shock! :(

I have been anxiously awaiting my arrival of Shock Cardio for months. I have been reading of all the excitement of those who have received it so I went on Cathe today to see if mine is in line to ship but there is no record of my pre-order under my email or phone number! I am devastated, to say the very least. I definitely pre-ordered back at the very first pre-sale. I am a million percent positive because I told all my clients and even one of them ordered it way after me and has received it. And since it was so long ago, if I did receive an email confirming it right after I ordered it, it has been long deleted because my emails self-delete like after a week. What should I do? I don't want to pay the full price :( I am soooooo upset right now I could bawl.
 
They don't have my presale info up either. I read someone's post on one of the threads that pre-sale order info doesn't come up under the site's phone number/email search. I hung onto my confirmation of payment just in case there is a problem.

I also read that they just finished shipping the last of the presales. With the holidays and the storm this weekend, I will give it a week and if I still don't get it then I will contact them. Did you charge it? If so it will be on one of your credit cards statements which you could easily access online.
 
Thanks but would my CC have been charged just now or was it charged months ago? I am asking because I really do not see the charge anywhere for $99 which leads me to believe I am not getting the DVDs...Thanks again...

Your credit card would have charged WHEN you placed the order. I sure hope that helps! Sorry about this! Hope they show up!

I am experiencing the same thing! but I saw my payment in my checking account so I'm not too terribly worried. I thought for sure I would get it today like a lot of pre-salers...but it's ok....another couple days and I'll probably wonder! Howerver, I did get STS delivered today! :D
 
Well, no such luck for me. I spent the last 30 min on the phone w/ CC company - no record of $99 purchase or anything from SNM videos in the past 9 months. Whatever.

I am nearly in tears.
 
I don't remember if I did; it was so long ago and my life has been so overwhelmingly busy this past year. I am an idiot - if I received it, then I deleted it, as I am OCD about deleting things unfortunately. :( I am really not sure about anything right now.

It probably wouldn't be a charge for $99.00 exactly, shipping charges would have been added so try looking for a charge around $105.00 plus or minus. Try looking back at your Feb/March statements. Try sending customer service an email to see if they had you on their shipping list.
 
Carolyn - thanks. Was it Feb/March? That is what I have been trying to figure out..I just couldn't remember when I ordered - I was among the first to order, in that batch...again, this is so helpful. I'm still searching...thx.
 
I wouldnt worry about it at all yet. They just started shipping on Friday - so depending on what you choose for shipping - I wouldnt even worry about it until the end of the week at the earliest. I am sure you will recieve your order... :) hang in there....
 
My amount was a bit different, here's what my e-mail said:

Sunday, March 22, 2009.
CathedotCom invoice # 20 has been processed !

Grand Total of this invoice = $ 108.94

Your Master Card will be billed $ 108.94.

I ordered just minutes after the announcement (invoice number 20).

Don't know if this helps, but I received an answer from Nancy on this exact same issue about 3 hrs after I emailed tham.

15 min. later I received my package. BTW, still no record of them, but they are here :)

I guess my only other question is then, for those of you who didn't get your email confirmations of shipping - how did you make use of your free Cathe download? They were supposedly coming in the shipping email....? right??
