My Bisquit is sick

My yorkie Bisquit has been sick all day and part of the night last night. She has diarrhea and has thrown up too. Poor baby looks miserable. If she's not better soon, I will be making a trip to the Emergency Vet.

Catherine, I hope Bisquit feels better soon! How old is she? I don't want to scare you but my 12 yr sheltie had a terrible vomiting spell almost 2 months ago. Turns out she has Chronic Kidney Failure. I hope your furry friend is better soon ! I haven't been checking the boards much lately as I've been busy with my dog, pls PM me Bisquit's status. Sending healing vibes and lots of belly rubs to Bisquit.

I hope your little baby is feeling better real soon and that it's just a bit of a tummy ache. I say a little prayer for your furbaby.

Thanks guys!! She did ok through the night. I fed her a tablespoon of bland canned food this morning and will wait and see.

She's 8 years old. Hers started with the diarrhea and that's been the prominent symptom. I think the vomiting is from eating grass (I try to keep her from it). So sorry about your baby :(

(((hugs))) I hope Bisguit feels better real soon. Please keep us posted on how she is feeling. I'll say a prayer for her.

Catherine, I'm glad to know she got through the night okay. I'll keep her in my prayers. I just went through a terrible time with my Johnny, too, and understand how hard it is when our fur babies are sick. {{{{HUGS}}}}

Sorry about Biscuit! Hope your baby is better soon and it's just something he ate that hasn't agreed with the tummy!

I had a mini schnauzer that had tummy issues frequently with the "runs".

Vet would have me feed her rice with cottage cheese or baby jar chicken. Helped "stop" it up while still receiving some nutritional value.

Hope she gets better as the day progresses.

So far, so good this morning. Although she went for several hours yesterday and seemed to be ok and wham it hit again. **crossing my fingers**
