More Fit People in New Videos?

Wow Rhonda! You know, I always felt like Cathe's background exercisers are enjoying the workout just as much as I am, which is rare and really makes it great. On the flip side, when I am grimacing from the torture Cathe is inflicting on us, I can count on an equally sympathetic grimace from one of you guys to make me feel better. Not to mention I have never seen a more fit looking group of people than on Cathe's newer videos. And I'm not just saying that because I'm partial to Cathe. I mean, I just can't imagine anyone more fit looking than the crew of Cardio Kicks, for example. I'm sure these people exist, I just have never seen them! :)

I find it very interesting that you gained weght to become pregnant, I think that is so fantastic and awesome. In regards to becoming pregnant I know that it is said that some women need to gain weight for the estrogen level.

You see, we can never judge a book by its cover. I am a mother (I have 10 children) I am on the thin side - and I have always looked at Cathe's crew as uplifting. I feel like I know you all personally.

I don't know who they are talking about - the woman in CTX - but if it is who I think it is - I thought she was awesome - she really motivated me.

I, personally think, that Cathe's crew is what helps her be what she is.

I am interested to know if you ever were able to have a baby. I have been doing Cathe's videos for 8 years and have followed all of you since then.

I am looking forward to seeing you in the new videos.

I love your long dark hair, too.
