Cathe, thanks for the update! As your grandmother probably told you, that which doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. You are no doubt getting stronger in a different area in your life!

Continue to take care... you are a great treasure.

Cathe,
It is so nice of you to post an update :). I am glad to hear that you are starting to feel better. It's also great to hear that you are listening to your body and giving it the time it needs to heal properly :).

Cathe, great to hear your feeling improvements.

Thanks for the update, we all have been hoping that you have been healing comfortably. Please take care, and thanks again for taking the time to keep us all "in the loop".

Thanks for the update, Cathe.

I'm glad you are healing. I would imagine, though, that it will take you some time after your injury has healed to get back your pre-injury level of intensity. Do what you need to do; we'll be here when you are 100% ready!

Take care Cathe and take as long as you need for your recovery. We want your recovery to be complete! Sending good {{{VIBES}}} your way.

I torqued my knee recently and had to stop exercising for several weeks. While I've been slowly working back into my workouts the past two weeks, tonight was the first night that I really felt "strong." My leg still bothered me a little, but it was MUCH better than just a few weeks ago......so, Cathe, I know how you feel!! I'm soooo ready to get back to Imax2 and GS:Legs and everything else. Right now, I'm only doing about 25-30 minutes of LIS and LM 3 times a week - no step, and keeping the intensity down. It's better than nothing, but I miss being soaked with sweat after a workout, too! :7

I'm definitely thankful for my chiropractor! If not for him, I wouldn't even be this far!

Take care and hope all goes well for you.

A long time fan
