Sorry if this questions was asked before. I know that when I put in my 1RM calculations it shows what 60-70%.But where can I find it for all of my tests. I would like to make a print out for Meso 1 (60-70%).

Is there a place where I can print out percentage of my 1RM, for all of the exercises I calculated?

still confused too

Don't you need to know the number of reps of each excercise in Meso 1 before you can determine the weight you should be using? is this listed somewhere?

Your 1RM totals will always be shown in the 1RM tab, but you don't need to print them out. Instead, with the WM you print out your workout card for each STS workout. Here is how you do this:

A. Sechdule an STS Workout

i. To a schedule a STS workout first click on the "Add New" link you see on the right side of the STS Workouts category highlighted in orange. This will launch a popup window called STS Workout.

ii. Next, in the Select STS Disc Number dropdown box select the STS disc you wish to schedule a workout for. All of the exercises for the disc you have chosen, along with other information, will automatically load in the same order as the DVD.

iii. With STS we use a percentage of your One Rep Max to determine the weight you should use for most exercises. The correct weight you should use for each STS exercise for your chosen disc # will be shown as long as you have previously performed a One Rep Max test for that exercise (FYI: exercises that you have recorded a One Rep Max test for will always be shown in red while those you have not will be shown in black).

iv. Most of your information like Mets, workout duration, and calories burned will automatically be filled in upon selecting your STS disc #. You will only need to adjust the start time for your workout using the dropdown arrows in the Time field box.

v. You may also manually enter or change the weight for any exercise if you prefer.

vi. Lastly, you have two choices to save your workout. If you wish to save your workout and print a workout card to follow along with your STS workout simply click on the Print and Save Workout card button you see at the bottom of the popup window. As long as you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer your workout card will appear and you will just need to click on the printer icon and then click okay.

vii. If you only wish to save your workout and not print a workout card then just click on the Save button.

B. Record your STS Reps and Weights

i. After completing your STS workout you may want to record your actual reps and weight so you can track your progress. Simply click on the Record Reps & Weight button in the Agenda View and change your reps and weights as is necessary.

ii. Lastly, you have two choices to save your workout. If you wish to save your workout and print a workout card for your records simply click on the Print and Save Workout card button you see at the bottom of the popup window.

iii. If you only wish to save your workout and not print a workout card then just click on the Save button.

C. Change STS Status to Completed

i. First click on the date that contains the STS workout you wish to change the status to completed.

ii. After Agenda View opens select the radio button next to Completed in the STS category. A small pop up window will open saying Your workout is recorded successfully.

iii. Lastly, click OK and when you return to the Calendar View your STS image will now be Brown indicating that you have completed the workout.

iv. To change any of the data you entered for your STS workout simply click on the view/edit button in the agenda view and then click Save after making any changes.

Thanks now I understand.

I'm still a little confused. I've done the tests for Discs 1, 2 and 3 but only disc 1 will show the calculations when I click the disc # from the dropdown box. I can see them under the 1 RM tab but not on the w/o list.

Robin, did you figure it out?

I guess I'm being thick, but I can't find this. would someone please hold my hand and show me the page that this is on? Seriously, I can't find a page that has "add new" on it anywhere.

"A. Sechdule an STS Workout

When you go to the calendar and select a day by selecting the date number you get a page where you can schedule your workouts. There are 5 orange bars, the last one has STS Workouts, from there on the right of that orange bar is "add new". Does that help?

thanks for the effort, I'm sure that would be helpful, but there must be something wrong with my browser or the settings. I can click on a date on the calender, but it doesn't pull up any pages of any kind. I can hear it click, but nothing comes up.

Do you have popups enabled for your web browser because when you click on the date a new window is launched and if you don't have popups allowed you won't get it.
