Lower Body 2

I did this one including the bonus on Sunday. I felt like I'd hiked 8 miles at elevation by the time I was done. I was spent! Definitely a killer workout.

I will say if you're going to do the bonus section, utilize the Premix option for it, because she throws it into the middle of the workout

If I had done the workout all the way through, then tagged on the bonus, I would have been super grumpy because at the end of the main workout, she's busy talking about finishers and wrapping things up and almost being done... It would have been jarring to get all happy about being finished then getting thrown into step ups and split squats!!
