Lower Body 2

I did this one including the bonus on Sunday. I felt like I'd hiked 8 miles at elevation by the time I was done. I was spent! Definitely a killer workout.

I will say if you're going to do the bonus section, utilize the Premix option for it, because she throws it into the middle of the workout

If I had done the workout all the way through, then tagged on the bonus, I would have been super grumpy because at the end of the main workout, she's busy talking about finishers and wrapping things up and almost being done... It would have been jarring to get all happy about being finished then getting thrown into step ups and split squats!!
 
I just looked it up too! I will definitely be using that method. It really hurts to hold it the way cathe and team do. Thanks for sharing this!!

I have just red this thread looking for reviews for STS 2.0 Lower body 2.

Did you try the Zercher hold. What did it feel like?
I have tried it long time ago and my form was poor.
I shall tried it again next time I do STS 2.0 Lower body.
Cathe hold is fine but very challenging on my stabilisers.
My form was fine.

Another I want to revisit is the jefferson lunge. I love this one.
I will do it instead of using dumbbells for some exercices.



STS 2.0 Lower body 2 caused 48 hours DOMS.
Serious business.
