Soo glad I didn't wait until STS!! This was a great way to get back in the swing after my recovery week, the only thing I need to do is the floor work from the Leg DVD, sometimes some of the floor work moves affect my low back, so I have to watch the segment a few times to see if modifications are necessary/possible.

The Chest and Tricep DVD was my favorite, simply because I felt the burn on a higher level, but all of these kicked my butt...I love it when I have to lower the weight I'm using at times, which may sound odd at first, but I know it's a sign that I'm not using too light a weight.

Boy, you didn't already have that??? It was one of the ones I knew that I had to have when I found Cathe. I'm doing them next week - it's been a while.

Nope, just got them last week while at Cathe's gym...you'd think that after an hour of Cathe live..that last thing I'd want would be take more of the pain home with me, but there's just something about her...
 
Just started GS rotation today after my 2nd week off ... still having to modify for shoulder injury - did C&T today except am not allowed to do dips or overhead extensions - skipped dips and substituted skullcrushers for overhead ext. Feeling it already. Tomorrow is GS Legs - haven't done legs in a while while waiting for my piriformis muscle to stop pinching my sciatic nerve - but it's not happening so I'm going for legs - will just lighten my weights.

GS was my second Cathe workout. It is my favorite!

My first Cathe workout was Pyramids. Keep that one on your list if you don't already own it;) I liked that one so much, I gave one as a gift.:)

I can't wait to hear how you like GS legs!
 
Ok, now I'm going to have to do a rotation with these. I do so many circuit workouts I forget how fun it is to do a pure weights workout.
 
GS Workouts

GS is one of my favorites. It's one of the few Cathe DVD's that, no matter what, I cannot match Cathe's weight.

I frequently do a Fitness Freak rotation w/these where you do one bodypart per day using GS and MIS.

I tell ya, it's a killer!!
