Lost

For people like me with goldfish memory or in Dory Mode (remember Finding Nemo?) this is the worst series... I just watch it and ask my friends who is who and what has happened. God bless them, they take time to explain!!!

O.K. so I am re-watching season 4 on-line to wrap my head around LOST, it has been a while due to the strike! And I have to say that they show several incidents when Hurley eats something and he puts what for most people would be several bites into his mouth at one time..Once he gets a one of those dharma candy bars out of his pockets and {reluctantly} spilts in two to share with Ben. Hurley puts his entire half in his mouth while Ben takes a bite of his. In the next episode Hurley puts an entire cracker in his mouth at once instead of a bite. Now do you think that is instructed acting or just how he would 'normally' eat? I know this is a side track but I never noticed it before and then all of sudden I can't help but notice it!

Did anybody else choke up a little when Desmond referred to the baby as "Charlie"??? ("Not Penny's Boat"...sigh...I miss Charlie!)

Also, I get the impresstion the Sun is not very happy with Jack because he is the one that ultimately pulled Kate away from going down in the freighter to get Jin on the chopper. Remember when Kate and Sun were having tea and Kate was feeling guilty about Jin dying in the explosion...Sun said she did not blame Kate, but then suddenly asked "How's Jack?" And the scene ended. I think some revenge in Jack's direction is on the horizon! I also think she's going to use her money and power to try to go back in time a change it. The actor's name who plays Jin is still in the credits. Speaking of hotties....

Ïnteresting. I just thought that when she said "How's Jack" (and the way she looked at Kate when she said it), she knew they weren't together and it would hurt Kate. I didn't think about her wanting vengeance on Jack. But she may be bitter enough to want vengeance on pretty much everyone involved (remember how no one but Hurley came when she visited Jin's grave?).

It looks like he has tattooed eyeliner! And even though he is hot I do not believe that is hot.
I think the guy who plays sawyer is hot in a dirty, mean sort of way. Except he seems to be getting a beer belly, like they told him he was going to get to keep his shirt on this season.

Yeah, I noticed the Sawyer gut right away...really...did the producers truly think we wouldn't notice...or is his belly part of the plot in some way....?

I've never understood the 'Sawyer is hot" thing.
He has no chin. Has sloping shoulders. And has always had a kind of 'doughy' body.
I'll take the tatooed eyeliner guy any day over him, LOL!

This is the best show on TV, imo! Last season really started the roller coaster and now we are on the ride in this season.
I think Jin will be around in flashbacks for awhile this year, I doubt he survived the blast, but this is "lost", so you never know.
The producers say that Sawyer is going to be having alot of fun with Daniel, so watch the nicknames for this guy really start to fly.
Ben is a brilliant character, and the actor portraying him is excellent. You just couldn't pull this material off without him imo.

Looking forward to Wednesday....

That guy is not wearing mascara or eyeliner (any more than they generally do). He used to be on Cane, and he's been in a lot of other stuff. I believe he's Latin - and I know he's hot. He's just got really thick, dark eyelashes. He's so dreamy.

From Wikipedia:
>>The producers actually confirmed once that those are just Nestor Carbonell's eyes. No eyeliner, just genetics.
"When we first saw dailies of Nestor, we were, like, 'Someone's gotta talk to him about the eyeliner situation,'" Lindelof said. "And he does not wear any mascara, no eyeliner, nothing. He is completely 100 percent sans makeup. That's the God's honest truth."

And for those of you needing a candy break (eye candy, that is):

Which do you prefer? The elegant, suave, and sophisticated one? Or the kinda wild, long-haired one? :)

Didn't Sawyer's wife in real life have a baby not long ago? Maybe that beer belly is really just pregnancy weight -- you know how sometimes the guys put on a few pounds of sympathy weight?

I love this show. I'll be sad if Sun turns evil, but it looks like its headed in that direction. Or possibly, she's on a mission that will make her look evil at first, but in the end she will do something great. I don't think that anything can be changed by going back in time. Remember the rules -- if something has happened, it can't be undone. Or something like that -- so Sun can't bring Jin back. Also, what's up with Claire???

Here are some quotes from the TV Guide article I mentioned before:

  • What the audience shouldn't expect (this season) is an answer to the fate of Claire (last seen by Locke in a cabin having a chuckle with Jack's dead father), since Emilie de Ravin is no longer a series regular. "But next season, absolutely," assures Cuse (executive producer).
  • By February, one character (besides the coffin-inhabiting Locke) will be dead. And someone presumed dead will reappear. Locke, we already know, is destined to perish-but how? Could a faith-minded man of such optimism truly be reduced to suicide? All will be revealed in a Locke-centric episode in late February.

I read somewhere that Claire left to do a movie which is why she's not a regular right now. I keep wondering if Jin is going to show up alive. Or maybe Michael since he couldn't die. It's definitely gotten interesting!
