Cathe uses max 25 lbs in the inwaiting bonus workouts which is less than 12 kg in metric measures. Functional, strength, mobility, balance and flexiblity are must for "actively" aging people. Cardio is good for improving circulation and weight management. So yes, we need them all!we don't completely neglect any of those
