Like/review/verify/don't buy check in for 2016- 2024

I did Ice Metabolic Meltdown 45 minutes, 265 calories and followed it with Ice Rock'm Sock'm timesaver 5 gone, 35 minutes, 220 calories. Total time was 80 minutes, 485 calories. I went fairly light on Metabolic Meltdown. Normally I go heavier but not this time.
I saw on Kelly Coffey's site that it looks like she is selling the new dvds. I was hoping maybe I could get them Christmas. We will see.
 
I caved yesterday and ordered the downloads for the ICE series... I know, I know, S&S will be here soon and I'll have too many to do! But the 40% off downloads is only this week. So I did Metabolic Total Body + BB this am as that was all I could get downloaded yesterday as the internet is slow here. I had forgotten how much I liked this when I tried it last January on Demand. I only have 15#s and 5#s here so I had to use them for everything. Just a couple moves I turned a front raise into a bi curl since 15s were too heavy for that move.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. I went to the doc, my sinus/ear infection is acting up again. Come home late, I did a 30 min walk +
Slide & Glide Workout DVD Express - Cardio + Abs + Stretch - 39:34. Today I did a 30 min walk + 20 min Barre (butt) + Slide & Glide workout dvd Muscle Conditioning - 30:34.

DH and I will spent TG in DC. We will leave tomorrow morning. Not sure, what workouts I will fit in?

Today I did Party Rockin Step 2 Premix Extreme 8 combos + finished product, 61 minutes, 435 calories. I then did Ice Muscle Meltdown biceps 15 minutes, 70 calories. I used mostly 15's with a little of the 17.5's and some 12's. This is lower than I generally go on this but I was afraid I would find myself straining through the neck and shoulders so kept it down a bit. I finished with Barre Amped Stretch and Strength Power Stretch, 23 minutes, 61 calories. Total time was 99 minutes, 566 calories.

Belinda, I am sorry that you are feeling badly. Right now my allergies and everything are not bothering me. I like it :) Every time I get a bit of scratchy throat and that feeling like I am coming down with something I try to get a bit extra sleep, up the Vitamin C and take an extra dose of my green superfood powder. It seems to help fight it off. I have several Jillian Michaels Workouts. For some reason I never have a desire to use them at all. I am the same with the Bob Harper ones. Maybe I should make myself revisit them, The ones I used the most was Yoga Meltdown and Yoga Inferno.

Doreen, I don't blame you for purchasing the Ice downloads with that good of a discount. I like that series. I had doubts at first. I still think I should maybe eventually get the To the Mat. It seems like the least favorite of most people but I think that I would use if even if it was just portions of it. Generally I go heavier than Cathe on Metabolic Meltdown but with the shoulder issue and neck still bothering I did not go as heavy. My husband has my 10# dumbbells downstairs so I have to use my Bowflex Selectech weights for the 10's. They are kind of bulky and it depends on the move I am doing whether I use them or just use 12's instead. I like them but when the instructor holds two together or I am singing them around together quickly it just is uncomfortable. I forgot that you had did the on Demand for awhile. That is a nice way to check the workouts out.
 
Diane Sue - I had Jillian M. Body Revolution for a while, never done all the workouts. I will each dvd once, this way I done them. I also have both Jillian's + Bob's workouts you mention, I can't remember the last time I done them. Let me know when you plan on going through them, maybe I will do them with you. Body Rocking step is another I haven't done. Good job! Did you see Beachboy's Holiday sale?

Doreen - that is a great deal on the downloads. What else did you buy?
 
Belinda, I would be afraid to look at Beach Body. Right now I am wanting Kelly Coffey's new ones. I have Strong and Sweaty coming and I would like a couple of other Suzanne Bowens Barre Workouts. I am trying to hold off spending.
I will let you know when I want to check those out. I will have to make a list of the ones that I have. I am not even sure I have completed all of them. I think one was a ripped abs or something that started out with swinging dumbbells or a kettle bell overhead and I just quit right there. I hate things like jacks with overhead stuff with weights. Bob Harper has a yoga that is over an hour and a pretty intense yoga workout on one that I have. His inside out method workouts I think is what they are called. I believe there were 4 workouts?

Today I did Kelly Coffey Cardio Pump Premix cardio lower body 38 minutes, 245 calories. I then did 21 Day Fix Extreme Lower body, 38 minutes, 297 calories. I think that one took a bit longer because I paused to write down each round since I could not quickly find a work sheet or notes. I finished with Barre Amped lower body stretch, 19 minutes, 20 calories. Total time was 95 minutes, 517 calories. I had to make another trip to Sprouts for vanilla!! I would like to have skipped it but I need it.

Happy thanksgiving everyone! We're at my parents now and had a fun day with all the neices and nephews around.
After everyone left I did ICE lower body blast. And then a LWF2 kettlebell as a finisher since my brother has a couple bells in my parents basement.

I haven't gotten anything else off the holiday sales. I have to keep in mind how much I have pre ordered already this year.

This morning after I got the turkey cooking I did Ripped With Hiit Plyo Hiit 2 with abs 1, 35 minutes, 250 calories. I followed this with Ice Low Impact Sweat Blizzard Blast, 11 minutes, 84 calories. I followed this with Ice Abs 2, 14 minutes, 50 calories. Total time 60 minutes 384 calories.
I know I ate to much today. I will make it up tomorrow though. Everything tasted so good. I don't even think I can figure a lot of the dishes in my fitness pal.

Doreen, that is nice that your brother has a couple of bells that you can use.

Belinda, I know I do not have that Jillian Michaels workout. No body revolution that I know of.
 
Today I wanted a good metabolic workout to burn off some of those carbs so I did X Train Super Cuts, 52 minutes (I added a little extra warm up) 299 calories. I followed this with Flex Train premix 3 (no firewalker, disc chest and lunge) Before the stretch I went back to the chapters and did the lunges with the discs and the firewalker segments. At the end I did not do the push ups with the crunch move. I subbed mountain climbers for the push ups. This was 93 minutes, 538 calories. I went back a bit later (waiting for hot water for a shower) and did Suzanne Bowen's Christmas stretch workout that she sent a password to use. This was 32 minutes. I did not count it in my calories.
 
Happy black friday... I skipped the entire shopping day! It was a beautiful day here in Iowa hanging out with my neices playing outside. Boy do they have a lot of energy.

This morning I did Low Impact sweat.. both sections even though I didn't have a step. I did all the step sections on the floor which kinda worked ok.

I'm having trouble getting all the Ice files downloaded because internet is so slow. I think I'll have to email customer service to get the links refreshed.

Doreen, I had some problems when I downloaded Ripped With Hiit. I had to contact Cathe's. I think I still am missing one but have never worried about it since I have the dvds. We increased out internet speed so this next time it should go pretty quickly. I would like to have all of the energy those children have.
 
Today's workout was 4 Day Split Double Cardio, 58 minutes, 407 calories. I then did STS Ab Circuits stability ball abs, 20 minutes, 64 calories. Since we were talking about knees I put in Jill Millers, Knee Hab and did the knee how section., 18 minutes, 47 calories. Total time was 96 minutes, 518 calories.

This morning I did rockem sockem and a few minutes of the bb. Fun. I realized half way through she did a different format on this where the combos are spri kled through conditioning and blasts. I enjoyed it.

Sorry for not checking in. I had an awesome time in DC, lots of shopping. I am almost done with my xmas shopping.
This is what I did this week.

Wednesday: JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D2 plus 30 min walk. I did my workouts before we left for DC :)
Thursday: JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D3 plus 30 min walk
Friday: was all day xmas shopping
Saturday : JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D4 plus 40 min walk
Sunday : JM Body Revolution Phase 1 D5 Cardio 1 plus 30 min walk.

I am done with JM Body Revolution Phase 1, I really like it. She packs a lot into 30 min. These are great travel workouts, you don't need a lot of space or equipments ( one set of DB's and bands).

Great job, everyone. I will try to catch up on personals tomorrow.
