Like/review/verify/don't buy check in for 2016- 2024

Belinda, I was just worried. I know you need the rest and how tired covid makes you. It is too bad you are dealing with the sinus problems along with the covid. What did your doctor say about the cough?

Diane - I was told the cough can take 2 weeks or longer. I am already over 2 weeks. I have a virtual appointment with my primary doctor on Friday regarding quarantine/coughing. My sinus really never went away since I relapsed? I am in contact with my Rheumatologist to get some answers.

Today I went to ladies game day and had a nice time. It only took 10 minutes to get to the game day today. No workout. I will do something tomorrow hopefully. This shoulder and arm is driving me nuts and hurt all night last night. I am hoping my visit with the Arthritis Doctor is helpful when I go on the first. I also keep hoping I can get the pain to let up so I am not too miserable between now and then.

Belinda, I feel so sorry for you going through covid and having the sinus throughout. My coughing let up after a few days, even the allergic cough which I thought was weird. There is definitely a difference in covid cough and allergies though. Allergies is itchy sinuses and dry cough for me. I have never done a virtual appointment before. It would sure save you a trip if they don't have to do anything but discuss the problems. I hope the rheumatologist can give you some answers.

Thanks Diane! The cough I have isn't dry. It sounds like pneumonia if that makes sense. I have green stuff coming up from my lungs. I have that cough for over 2 weeks. My family doctor does virtual/tele appointments during covid times. Trust me, since I still have symptoms of covid they don't want me in the clinic. They very strict about how enters the clinic. Although my 10 day's quarantine is over tomorrow. It may easily some lingering symptoms from RP on top of everything else.

Today I did CDorner Intermediate Advanced Step workout from a week ago. This was 65 minutes, heart rate 130/178, 322 calories, 5,243 steps. I did left out overhead and and lateral movements with the arms. I then did some of CDorner Flow and Go Mobility workout with the chair stopping at the triceps stretch and where she goes into shoulder chest opening stuff like lying to the side with the arm behind you. Could not do that. I went from there with a few safe stretches and then stopped. This was 20 minutes, heart rate 82/96, 36 calories, 50 steps. Total time was 85 minutes, 358 calories, 5,290 steps. I may do some band work for the lower body tomorrow. I will see how I feel.

Belinda, I understand them not wanting you to come in. When I called to change appointments when I had covid, they wanted me to wait much longer to be sure. I had a mammogram scheduled and we did it a month later. I think they are more lenient at the arthritis center now. Many are not masked except workers. They used to want you to wait in your car till appointment time. No real distancing there either. They are a busy clinic so I am somewhat surprised. I hate the long drive and trying to hold out needing a restroom as they only have two that have one toilet and men and women both use. I do not like that at all. I do not drink anything from the time I get up those mornings till I get home.
I sure wish the coughing would go away for you.

Today I did CDorner Step Aerobics Intermediate #156, 52 minutes, 304 calories, heart rate 140/172, 4,617 steps. I had previewed CDorner Total Butt and Legs no squats, lunges, or jumping and did the first part that was warm up and all standing band work plus some superman moves which I did with my arms down at my side rather than extended. I stopped here as that is when she starts doing deadlifts and moved forward to some bridge work. The weight work is not too long and she goes to some floorwork and abs. What I did was 17 minutes, 64 calories, heart rate 110/157,659 steps. I guess she is having problems with a knee and designed the workout around that. She said she was going to see a doctor, but knew it was not something serious, but being careful. She used the light fabric band. The step workout was fun with fun music choices and she had several others working out with her by a pool.
Total time was 69 minutes, 368 calories, 5,276 steps.

Had a chest x ray done this morning, now I have to wait for the results. DH and I went for a short walk too.

Diane - that is crazy that many are not mask up. Doesn't make any sense to me.I usually don't drink to and from my appointments. I don't like using public bathrooms. I am a germaphobe. Great job yesterday.

Belinda, I hope that you hear soon what the chest x ray results are. Did your virtual appointment help any with what you can do for now? It is understandable that you would be a germaphobe. I do carry hand wipes, sanitizer, travel roll of my own toilet paper, and I have carried toilet seat covers. I don't have any, but I will say those bathrooms just do not seem clean and when I am sitting there watching a lot of people going in and coming out I cringe. It is probably good for you to get out for a walk. Are you getting any of your energy back? When I had covid I was so tired for quite awhile.

Today I did CDorner step workout from today #157 which froze halfway through(wasted time trying to get it to start up again) then did her #156 that I did a couple of days ago forwarding past the warm up and first part so Step together was 65 minutes, heart rate 137/175, 370 calories, 5,552 steps. I also did Step BOss Chair Stretch, 16 minutes, 29 calories. Total time was 81minutes, 399 calories, 5,552 steps.

Hi,

I went for a short walk with Sadie today. I had the x-ray as far as I can tell they couldn't find fluids in my lungs. Not sure why I am coughing? I see my doctor tomorrow. I had an MRI done on my shoulder/neck yesterday.

Diane - I try not to use public bathrooms. They just gross me out, lol. I am really bad when it comes to that. I am getting my energy back. I am tired not to a point where I need a nap. I think the antibody fusion really helped to prevent a lot of bad symptoms with this virus. I am still not 100%. I do think it also has something to do with MXT. It slows everything down. I hope Chris is ok. Having trouble with your knees isn't fun. Good job on your workouts. I plan on continue with Caroline workouts after I talk to my doctor. Fingers crossed.

Good night.

Today I did CDorner Low Impact Cardio no jumping "walking" ( really it is just a low impact workout with fun music), 32 minutes, 201 calories, heart rate 145/175, 3,971 steps. I then did some Stretches and moves from Dr Joe on youtube.

Belinda, I hope your doctor visit goes well. Those infusions seem to work well for a lot of people that have had covid. The friend of mine that had covid and I were talking when we were getting over it and both of felt kind of foggy brained or something after covid for awhile. Not sure what that was all about. I am glad that went away and I got my taste back. One of my granddaughter's had it and her taste was so off for a long time after covid. Even when it came back things did not taste the same. She finally got it back though. I hope my doctor can help me so I can get back to doing workouts that I enjoy doing.

Hi everyone,

I had an appointment with my doctor. My lungs are clear. I have to make an appointment with a pulmonologist.

Diane - thank goodness I don't have foggy brained. I got my taste back, somethings are off. I hope your doctor can help you and you can do workout that you enjoy doing.

Good night.

No workout today. I got my sore tight joints loosened up and took some curcumin and my morning stuff and finally felt a bit better so just went and go some shopping done. I was running out of some things. I guess I should let Walmart shop for me and pick up, but if you look at those young people shopping and chatting on their cell phones at the same time, I wonder how good they are doing with finding the items. I did it a few times at the start, but half the items were missing and fruits and veggies were not that good of choices. No real care there. Generally Whole foods they pick good quality produce. Once in awhile I get something not so good, but I do that sometimes when I go to the store myself. I bought raspberries that looked good and not mushy today, but when I opened them under the label there was some moldy ones.

Belinda, being foggy brained and unable to focus is sort of weird. I did things like turning on the coffee pot and forgetting the coffee. Just odd things and I would try to read and just could not concentrate and remember what I read, I would totally forget names. I was praying and could not for the life of me remember my granddaughter's name. I am glad that went away. I would walk in a room and wonder what I went in there for.

Today I did CDorner Step # 157 which played for me this time without freezing, 59 minutes, heart rate 132/162. 289 calories, 4,926 steps. I then did Coffey Fit Raw Stretch plus a few minutes of CDorner latest mobility stretch which started out okay , but went into inchworm and stuff that would not work for me. Raw Stretch I did a different stretch for my hips when she did the plow and shoulder stand(I forgot about those), This was 33 minutes, 54 calories, heart rate 80/101, 69 steps . This was 92 minutes, 343 calories, and 4,995 steps. I know if I could swing my arms around I would have got more calories from the step workout, but it still was good.
I could not sleep last night. I kept trying to get comfortable and had taken some Curcumin extract and collagen before bed, but I still hurt. Finally got up at 2 am and took a melatonin sleep mix tablet, and still was a long time before I fell asleep. I almost gave in and got up to get Advil. I feel much better this evening after the stretching and movement. Even my hips and legs hurt this morning. Not sure why.

Hi,
I went for a short walk yesterday and today. Nothing else to report. My MRI is online, I haven't talked to my doctor. I just talked to my Rheumatologist he wants me to come in on Friday morning since I still have lingering problems since I relapsed. Friday I also have a pulmonary appointment. The RT is starting Friday, I hope I make it back.

Diane - haha...I guess I have a little foggy brain. I thought it's from being to tired. Glad yours went away. Great job on all your workouts.

I will be back to catch up on personals.

This morning I did CDorner basic step that she did outside. This one does not do around the step moves and is easy to follow. You could see Kevin dragging out a hose and in and out of their storage building in the background. This workout was 30:56 minutes, heart rate 139/177, 181 calories, 3,020 steps. I then did Boss Loops Timesaver #2 no floorwork glutes and abs, 26 minutes, 145 calories, heart rate 138/166, 1,178 steps. I used my heavy fabric loop band. I also did some rolling and stretching.
Time was 57 minutes, 326 calories, 4,198 steps. I slept well last night. My arm and shoulder did not hurt as bad and I was able to sleep on my back which always helps my neck and traps. With the arm hurting I kept having to lay on my side with a bolster behind me to lean my right elbow on with it slightly behind me to alleviate pain.

Belinda, hope you are back for the road trip. It will be fun hearing about it. I hope the doctors visits are helpful and mri results help. I guess most of us have some brain fog once in awhile. Tiredness will do it and I still often walk into a room with a purpose, only to get side tracked and forget what I actually went in there for. This is not new as it has always been there. Forgetting names and having total lack of concentration for that long was different though. Sometimes those things are funny. I have done coffee before with the k cup and turned it on without a cup and went to change into my workout clothes and come back to coffee all over. I guess that time I just was not awake enough as I had not had my coffee yet LOL

I went for a short walk with Sadie. Can't do any upper body until I see my Rheumatologist tomorrow. I haven't had time to think or get excited about the RT tomorrow with so many doctors appointments. I am sure once it starts I am excited. Although I have to modify and not put stress on my shoulder until I know what's is causing the cartilage lost in my shoulder joint. Hopefully it's not related to RP. My primary doctor thinks so :( I will not stress until I see my Rheumatologist tomorrow. I will know more. Glad you got some sleep last night. I hope you feel better with your arm.

Today I did a little of CDorner's Dance workout from today and stopped as I felt I was not getting my heart rate up much with not doing all of the arm moves they were doing. It may have gotten more doable, but I guess I was not in the mood. It is 90's music. I went on to do Kelly Coffey Cardio Quick Fix workout one, still modifying some upper moves like speed bag and punches, but it was easy to up the intensity anyway, both together(I did not stop the Garmin) 37 minutes, heart rate 143/173, 227 calories, 4,004 steps. I then did Cathe Lite Abs #2 and repeated the first 2 moves instead of doing the plank moves, 10 minutes, heart rate 75/88, 19 calories. I finished with Lite stretch #2 10 minutes and 15 calories, and followed with Perfect 30 Timesaver Flow Mobility basics + Strength and Flexibility #2, 35 minutes, 52 calories, heart rate 78/104. Total time was 92 minutes, 313 calories.

Belinda, praying for you and your appointments tomorrow. I pray for you every morning. I think with the different doctors that you have, they should be able to come up with what is causing it. Particularly the specialists. Then they know what protocol to take. The road trip should be something you can look forward to when you get home.

Hi,

I am back from my appointments. I relapsed. I be honest, my symptoms never went away since the last time I relapsed. I am back on steroids for a few weeks. My Rheumatologist also thinks my noise is deformed (they call it a saddle nose) a little. I also noticed it this morning.

The pulmonologist thinks my cough is from covid and it can take a few month for it completely to go away. Although he said my case is tricky since I have RP. He wants me to take the steroids for 10 day's to see if it helps my coughing. He also wants to do a chest CT to see if there is anything else going on.

Now I am getting ready for the RT.

Today I did Step Boss Step Sync, 57 minutes, heart rate 140/167, 318 calories, 4,967 steps. I also did CDorner Stretch it Out #36, deep stretch full body and no down dogs. It is a nice stretch I have saved to my watch later. My legs were getting tight and stiff and knees feeling off so I really needed this and the upper at the end is good as well. This is 28 minutes, 35 calories, heart rate 74/92. Total time was 85 minutes, 353 calories. We are waiting for my 9 year old grandson to get dropped off so we can go do some things. His Dad is bringing him after school which is soon.

Belinda, I guess the chest CT would show the lungs and stuff. I hope the steroids help, I know you don't like taking them, but getting rid of the cough would be good. No one addressed your shoulder?
Have fun with the road trip.
