I just received my discs yesterday and have been working on my 1RMs. To make things a little easier, I decided to use Disc 3 legs to help me figure my 1RMs (I tried my heaviest weight while watching Cathe and crew demonstrate the exercises).
The Wall Squats were the funniest. Forget picking up the weights...I laughed as I rolled down and then quickly realized I couldn't roll back up again. Too deep!
What both frightens and impresses me is the fact that I'm feeling soreness 5 hours after the workout. What the heck am I going to feel like tomorrow?!
