We have now finished adding all of the ICE Premixes and their chapters to our free online Workout Manager. This makes it possible for you to easily see exactly which exercises (chapters) were used in constructing each ICE Premix.

Is there any way to play the total premix from the workout manager? I have been going into each video to play sections I want or creating my own on the blender
The Workout Manager can only be used to track and record workouts. You can not play OnDemand videos or premixes from the Workout Manager. However, you can create your own OnDemand premixes with our Workout Blender using the chapters shown in the Workout Manager as a template.
