4. Scrambled #4 Floor and Step Cardio. Mixes the floor and step intervals in a different way.

How are premix #4 and premix #10 different from the regular workout? Wouldn't the "real" workout be warmup + cardio 1 + stretch? I'm confused.
 
They are "Timersaver Premixes" so they probably removes certain parts of the original workout. They stated that in another thread somewhere. I'm assuming that's what these will be.

The "real" workout has two cardio sections "cardio 1" and "Cardio 2". Each of the Timesaver premixes you mentioned eliminate one of the cardio sections thus shaving about 20 mins off the regular routine.

OK - I thought this DVD had two separate workouts (the cardio 1 and cardio 2). That makes sense. Thanks.

Plus of course, the extras, right? How long are each of the cardio sections?
And in each of the cardio sections, like for example, cardio 1' is that a
Separate chapter or is the cardio 1 section chaptered even further by exercise
Or move? Like in RWH, each low impact move is a separate chapter? Sorry
To be so technical, just thinking ahead with the blender!! :)

There are 26 chapters in the Low Impact Sweat workout. So, yes every interval (exercise) is chaptered. Not sure of exact times for the cardio sections, but each is roughly around 18 minutes. So you can mix it up any way you like in the Workout Blender.

So much fun..."Shoulder Day" :)
