I sold Low Max 2x and am now in love!

I can't believe I actually bought and sold this workout 2x and now it's one of my favorites. Prior to January, I was a Firmie and was trying to branch out a little throughout the years. I heard so many rave reviews about Low Max but couldn't get the steps down. So I sold it. Then I bought it again and sold it again due to frustration. Now that I've only been doing Cathe I bought it again and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I was only going to do a premix today (combos and blasts 1-4), but was having such fine I decided to do the whole thing. I think what I love most about Cathe's workouts is that after 5 months, I still have so much to master and aspire to. WIth most other types of workouts I would have started to become bored by the 6th month.

I admit that I STUPIDLY sold all the Gym Styles and IMAX 3 when the Hardcore series came out.

I could kick myself.

So I now have all the Gym Styles -- I just bought Gym Style Legs used from Amazon. I needed to save some money or I would have purchased them right here.

But I did buy the upper body Gym Styles here and I love, love, love them! So naturally, I had to complete the Gym Styles by purchasing Gym Style Legs.

Gosh, I should have at least viewed and tried the Gym Styles before stupidly selling them.

I still need to buy IMAX3, but my bank is broke right now and I am holding out for Cathe's new series announcement.

I just sold Drill Max. I bet I'll kick myself in the future for doing that, but right now I don't have the room or a free wall for the workout.

So selling Drill Max helped defray some of the costs of selling the Gym Styles.

It seems I am in some cycle here.....so I can relate to your post!

Oh one other thing, I almost sold Step Blast. I got so frustrated with the choreography at first. But since it has Step, Jump, and Pump, I decided to keep it.

I am so glad I did. One day the choreography just clicked and now Step Blast is one of my Cathe cardio faves!

Cheers!

Amy

I'm glad I'm not the only person who does this kind of thing. I am selling DVDs all the time and a few times I've come to regret it and have repurchased a couple. I have yet to sell a Cathe DVD, though. I'm slowly working up to owning her entire collection. Lately I've sold some stuff I previously loved just because it didn't live up to the workouts Cathe does! (I guess I've joined the Cathe cult here.)

Hi Amy,

Nope. The avatar is of my personal dog, Xena, and she is a Great Dane. She was only 7 or 8 months when that was taken. She is sorta "mixy" looking due to poor breeding, but there's no boxer in there.

The picture in the sig line is Thor. He was ALL Dane. You can't tell from the angle of the picture, but he was sitting with his butt on the couch and his legs on the floor and I was leaning down (a little). I am 5'9". he was 37" at the withers. We normally don't get them that big in rescue, he was remarkable.....in every way.

What's your Boxer girl mixed with? If you don't know, post a pic and we'll play a rousing game of "guess the breed"!

What you lacked in health your heart and soul more than made up for. RIP my good friend Thor.

Thor is beautiful! I love the name too!

And Xena is a cutie too! Another great name!

I love dogs (I own three and all are adopted)

Here are some photos of Johnny -- the Heinz 57 dog -- his story is so pitiful and while I am glad I got him, I hope the heinous person who did what they did to his mother and litter mates rots in hell.

I usually am not crude, but what was done to his mother and siblings was beyond cruel. Whoever did what they did to this canine family would probably be lynched and definitely prosecuted anyone could find the evil souless creep!

Sorry for the rave - I have zero tolerance for people who abuse animals.

Anyway, here are the photos of Johnny:

He seems to have Boxer, Pit Bull, and some other kinds of breeds in him.

I would appreciate help in identifying his other breeds.

He is chocolate with golden eyes and a short coat. He feels like velvet.

Here is a photo of Johnny and me. He is on a Gentle Leader, not a muzzle. He is free to bark, eat, pant, etc.

He is a very friendly little fellow and I love him so much. I am so glad he came into my family's life.

Johnny is appx. 8 months old.

I actually have one Cathe DVD I'm thinking of selling: Basic Step + Cardio & Weights. I got it with my step, but I now have Basic Step + Body Fusion and I've just ordered Imax 2 + Cardio & Weights. I can use the proceeds from the redundant video to buy more Cathe stuff.

You couldn't PAY me to sell any of my Cathe's....I've learned to be patient with myself and her choreography....it will come...

I have even started doing the workouts on the floor without the step when I feel fatigued or am looking at a new workout.

Sell a Cathe.....NEVER...

Upperwest - good to see you again...I spend a lot of time at www.sparkpeople.com, but love reading here at Cathe.com

Keep your Cathe's ..... sell your new Firms...(they are AWFUL)...
