Anyone have any ideas of a beginner rotation of Cathe's DVD's for a 50 year old that is starting on a fitness journey in the second stage of life:eek:

Hi,

for what it's worth, I have been doing this rotation ( on the second week) and it's great! No dread factor due to the shorter workouts, and only 5 days a week. It is the first rotation I have actually done for more than a couple of days.

Do you have Cathe DVD's? This rotation is all from the X-Train DVD's, not sure if you have these.
 
Thank you eveyone. Another question, How do you keep track of the weight.. I made copies of the rotations. Where can I get some copies of the DVD weight logs to keep track of the weight I use?
