I got my Bowflex adjustable weights!!

They FINALLY came!! They were on back order for what seems like forever. Getting them out of the box was no easy task, let me tell ya. Who would have thought 52.5 lbs would be so heavy. Now I'm ready to start my 1RM. Yipee!!

I have these and they ROCK! At first they seemed a bit bulky but I got used to them. I love that Chalene's using them in Chalene Extreme!

Tami, I have these, although I tend to reach for my other DBs most of the time because of their size. I mostly use these for those in-between wts that the standard size DBs don't offer. Sometimes it's easier to go to 17.5 than up to 20. I also use them for anything higher than 20 lbs. My DS likes them and they're perfect for him.

Geez!! Finally got the things out of the rack. It's like those plastic things that hold a death grip on the kids Christmas presents!!

I played around with them & I think I will love them. Take some getting used to the bulkiness but I love the variety of weights. I can't wait to use them with Muscle endurance tomorrow.

Congrats on your new weights!! I have these too! I got the ones that went up to 20 pounds Christmas 2006 and then I got the ones that go up to 52.5 for Christmas 2007!! I LOVE THEM. It's great to have the different incriments to go up on -- Have fun!!
