Hi everyone,
I thought it might be fun to hear how everyone was introduced to Cathe's workouts.
For me, I was looking for a way to get rid of post-baby weight in the fall of '04, after my daughter was born. I was a previous gym member (but quit because of the cost) and had tried Tae Bo (too easy) and even went back to the old-school Thighs of Steel tapes I had from way back when. haha. I was looking for a hard-core workout that would kick my butt. At the gym I was addicted to taking an aerobics class from this super-hard instructor ... and basically that's the kind of workout I wanted to find to do at home.
So I came across Cathe's name or the name of a workout video shopping site in Shape magazine (can't remember which) ... bought "Low Max" ... and was addicted from then on. I've tried other instructors like Amy Bento and have been v-e-r-y disappointed. In my mind, Cathe is THE BEST and that's why I continue to buy her videos. She kicks my butt like no one else.
How about the rest of you???
