I seem to be struggling to get my motivation back to pick up the weights consistently.
I cycle about 75-100 miles a week as I commute off road to work so I'm not too bad on cardio but I just can't seem to get up to enthusiasm for hitting the poundage.
I'm working very hard at the moment plus redecorating the house following serious remodelling so I've been tired and off form for a while now. I can only manage one to two w/outs in a week if I'm lucky so it's really very VERY intermittent.
Maybe it's the long dark evenings. Anyone else feel the same or am I just lazy?
What Cathe DVD's have you used in the past to get you back into the swing of things if you've lapsed???
